Can you integrate with the Crestron 4-Series Control System?

Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.
Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

Option to activate the text tool when the user is set up a new line.
It would be useful if you give the option to activate the text tool when the line is being activated, so the user who wants to use this tool can use it as soon as the line is activated, and thus avoid the user having to contact support to activate this function, as sometimes the cases cannot be easily opened to contact support because the page does not work and when trying to call sometimes there are no agents available, personally, I contacted support many times to get activated the text function and sometimes that takes days, and it's time…

When talking to customers we now have to read a disclosure EVRY time we talk to someone about a plan. Instead of us reading, I would like to click a number on our dial pad and play the recording so the client can hear it

Add Outbound call state in the Telephony.Status object
It's come to our attention that users of our application start ringing when they make an outbound call, so we would appreciate a fix in some way.Currently these states are supported in the users telephony status object: NoCall, Ringing, CallConnected, OnHold, ParkedCallUnfortunately we have no way to see if the user made an outbound call or is receiving an inbound call since both states use the Ringing value. Read all text throughout Agency.
We as a agency should be able to read all text response from client. Zipwhip allows every producer to read the agency text messages. If a producer is not at work, all of the producers should be able to access the text and respond to a client. This should be a added feature to RC. if Zipwhip can do it, you should be able to as well.

Integration with JobAdder
JobAdder is a growing presence in the US and a strong leader in the UK, Canada, and Australia. It's got some hooks for other SMS and WhatsApp products, like Twilio but RingCentral is (in my mind) a superior platform that should be integrated into JobAdder. JobAdder says it's on their list but needs more cooperation. Can you get back together with them and push this through. I'm loving RingCentral. Just need MORE.
