Analytics regarding Text Messaging/SMS
SMS text messaging is a huge part of our business. I would like to see analytics reporting like we have it for phone calls around SMS to be able to track that KPI per user group and employee.

Wow, this was first reported over 3 years ago and still hasn't been completed. Ring Central, what's up? Why is this not available. Our students use SMS to communicate with our patients and seeing the analytics is critical to track usage. Please let us know an ETA.

Yes please, all the analytics are great in the new page, were just missing SMS info. Total/totals by user etc. Just like the calls but with the sms/text would be great.

I'll add to the voices who are asking for SMS to be added to Analytics reports, such as Adoption and Usage.
We have Message, Video and Phone.

Due to lawsuits and disputes, our legal team needs to be able to access reports on the historical text message conversations from users who are using the RingCentral app to send/receive messages even if the end-user deletes the historical conversations from the local app.

SMS is a critical part of account management and marketing, ridiculous it's not released yet

Customer wants to have a view under Analytics reports for SMS logs. So they can check who among their users sends the most number of SMS. Its difficult to check it in the Admin Portal SMS log one by one as per the customer.

It would be supremely useful if RingCentral was able to pull SMS related analytics. We can pull logs, but cannot easily derive KPIs or totals from those logs.

In healthcare we have extensions that are message only, we want clients/patients to leave messages that can be checked on by multiple providers but still want a way to check the total number of messages left from a reporting perspective and according to support this is not yet possible but would be very valuable going forward.

There are great insights in the Analytics portal but there is nothing that shows SMS traffic. With the 10DLC TCR effort, it would be great to see who is using the feature and what kind of stats and trends there are behind the traffic.

There doesn't seem to be any reporting on text/sms messages. I'd like to see the number of texts sent/received on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis + response rates, and other stats around texting.
