Dan, this feature exists in RingCentral Video. We would encourage you to speak with your account manager about switching over. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions!Just did some poking around and you're right. Looks like this feature is on the roadmap for RingCentral Video - sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately, because these features exist in other products we offer (Engage Digital, specifically), it is unlikely that we will develop this for the app. However, we will keep this idea in the portal and will reconsider if there is a groundswell of customer support. Please stay in touch!
