An error occurred while saving the comment Rollin commentedCustomer is requesting the ability to remove the pop-up to download the RC Meetings App to join a RC Meeting. This is confusing for their customers and NW Mutual does not want this pop up to occur. They only want the link to join via a browser. Customer has stated that Zoom has this ability to remove the popup

An error occurred while saving the comment Rollin commentedCustomer is asking for a report to show them the current Toll Free minute usage. This would need to apply for all TF numbers, included those listed as CCRN numbers. Customer was not happy with only a notification when close to all of the TF Minutes used for a month and no way to reconcile the actual usage against the amount of TF credits they have. The only thing available is in the billing tab on Service Web that only show available and and total minutes

Customer uses paging groups throughout their locations and they have programmed a softkey (with a custom config) on their hardphones to easily page the paging group at the location. They have some users at the locations that will use the RCApp and would like a way to easily access the paging group for the location as well. Currently, there is not a way to do this in the RCApp. Explored the possibility of creating a new contact and use the *84 plus the extension number of the paging group as the phone number. However, an error is generated because the RCApp does not recognize the "*" as part of a dialable number. If this was possible, then this contact would be added as a quick contact.
