    Customer wants to have an IVR key press option where in it will only play an announcement and the announcement can also have like an option for the callers to choose from.

    Customer wants to have a view under Analytics reports for SMS logs. So they can check who among their users sends the most number of SMS. Its difficult to check it in the Admin Portal SMS log one by one as per the customer.
