Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

Customer needs "SSO only" for login. However, in the case that SSO server failed or customers are not able to sign in with SSO, they do want to have to reach out to RingCentral support. They would like an option in Roles and Permissions, for example, for a super admin to continue to login via email or SSO if needed.
