The task functionality is a fantastic feature however, the functionality is lacking some key features, most notably the ability to be reminded of an upcoming task that is due. There should be an option to schedule/set alerts/alarms for tasks that are upcoming

There have been a few occurrences where there has been a system outage (voicemail to email notifications for this particular example) where there was no confirmation that services had been interrupted, that there was a resolution being worked on or that the issue had been resolved.The system status page does not provide useful information for particular outages but rather general system performance as a whole. Requesting for a status page of known system issues that pertain to single events
