Save custom status
I understand that we can set a custom status and I understand that there are 6 "canned" statuses. I would like the ability to either edit those 6 canned "slots" or add my own custom statuses that I might use frequently. I would find this super useful during work from home times.Examples: "Picking up the kiddo from school", "Away for lunch", etc.

commentedComing from using the Stand Alone Phone app, my customer is finding that they would like to have the ability to add statuses to the MVP app. They would really like the ability to manually go Busy. Since the current offerings are only DND, Available and Invisible. Giving Admins the ability to add a few more statuses to choose from would be ideal.

commentedWith most users working hybrid it seems simple and easy to offer a default to include "In the Office" why is that not available. Every time we are working in the Office we need to custom insert that status. EASY fix.

commentedPlease add an Away Status. Right now there is Available, Do Not Disturb and Invisible. It would be nice to have a yellow Away status to select when we step away for break, lunch, quick errand, etc. It would also be nice if we could save custom status message. There are default ones for vacation, out of office, in a meeting. but would be nice if we can save custom ones for lunch, break, lunch workout, etc. We have staff that can kind of come and go throughout the day so this would help in seeing their true status.

commentedCurrently there are only 3 status options (unavailable, DND, available) to choose from. This is far too narrow. Old RC allowed more options and kept the ability to keep the status at "Available" even when away so that others still know you are available. There needs to be better functionality with these status indicators and the ability to remain "available" if you choose. Perhaps also, a "busy" yellow status as before and red for "on call" or "in meeting" that you can manually change. The system is not intuitive enough to dictate my status for me. The freedom to change them needs to be there as well as more options for one to choose.

commentedOn RC apps, we have the possibility to share a status with an emoji, but once we remove it, it' gone.It would practical if we save the status among the list of preexisting statuses for later use without the need to create every time needed.

commentedThis seems like something so simple to implement. I have employees that complain all the time about having to type In-Office everyday and Lunch

commentedCame to request this as well. I travel all over the country for work and frequent certain cities, so it would be nice to have them saved as I typically set my status as the city I am in. Then as you said obvious ones like away for lunch, WFH, etc.I think 6 is a bit small though, I would want 10 or so.

commentedThis is something I can 100% agree with. Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match.Having those as the original 6 provided, but as you create your own they push the list down and overwrite the defaults.
