It's RC... come on - they can hardly keep their core programming together. They are in such a rush to bring useless functions in order to wave their arms and say 'look at us!!!' - rather than get a solid core functional.
Look at the initial date of the idea - 2021 - 5 years!!!
We are battling staff putting cute/not so cute - photos of all sorts of items as their profile picture. That might have flown when it was a 5 person company, but not now at 240 staff.
They continually ignore the Super Admins who have to make this 'product' work for the staff.
It's not this type of programming is tough to do - it's not black hole weight calculations.
I keep bring this (and other ideas/issues) up to our account rep each quarter - but still nothing is done.
@Becky - anything you can do from your side?

Not safe for business photos, not appropriate icons, etc. get added all the time, and as a Super Admin, we should be able to not only wipe the photo, but also have the option in the user access permissions to set a 'don't allow user to set image'The ability to delete an image on ones profile should exist as well - why this was passed over during initial programming is boggling.

AND - the ability to UPDATE and DELETE. This needs to carry over for ALL image permissions. Make it so the Super Admin can 'moderate' the iamges going onto both Teams and Users.

Hello everyone, this has been implemented in 22.3.1. This version of the app was rolled out to all accounts over 8/25-8/31. No additional action is required to initiate the feature on the app, please confirm you are on at least 22.3.1.
This feature allows for caller ID to transfer in these scenarios.
Warm/Consultative Transfer:
- Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC number
Blind Transfer:
- Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC number
- Incoming call from PSTN/RC # to RingCentral and transferred to RC voicemail
The feature requires the following endpoints to work successfully. This applies to both the user invoking the transfer as well as the user who is the destination of the transfer.
Desk phones: Any Poly, Avaya or Unify models.
RingCentral App: Version 21.4.30 or later
RingCentral Mobile App: Version 22.1.10 or later
