Present Call Flows based on status is a must to have with several more Call State drop down options. Example: Drop down state "On Break" should also allow the option to preconfigure what happens for inbound calls when set to "On Break" Play a different VoiceMail like "I'm in the office but currently on a short break, etc..."
Out Office status setting could play a Voicemail Greeting prerecorded to say, "I'm currently OOO, etc..)

Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.
While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.

Add the ability to disable Ext to Ext automatic recording so only external calls are recorded. All or nothing does not work for all customers.

Another very simple Mitel feature missing with RingCentral. It sure would be nice to have real Call Handle option when changing Share Status. Out of Office, In a Meeting, Vacationing, etc. Each status setting should have custom call routing options based on the status. ie: Out of Office - Forward all calls to voicemail which is a different recorded greeting than In a Meeting status call routing.

As the host, you can either end the conference call or leave the call while the other participants continue their conversation.

100% agree!!! While on a call or in a meeting using RingEX the options to also toggle off Mobile APP from accepting new inbound calls is a MUST HAVE Feature.
