An error occurred while saving the comment Sarah commentedThis is a necessity for the simultaneous ring feature. It is so disruptive to repeatedly have the call bounce back and means that agents spend more time out of the queue to avoid being repeatedly interrupted while trying to complete tasks off the phone.

Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID. If you would like to see a more shared inbox group texting option, please vote for these ideas: Add a text message queue similar to the call queueTexts should go to multiple users

All queue members should be able to see who is in the queue - at a minimum, how many members are available in each queue. This should be immediately visible in the app.
