I'm using Grandstream GXP2140 IP phones etc and have found it impossible to perform "Direct IP dialing" between phone and ATA, if and only if a RingCentral account is registered to the sending phone. However, another provider (VOIP.MS) imposes no such restriction. Direct IP is my "intercom" methodology and we need that. Google AI tells me RingCentral's system is proprietary and disallows Direct IP dialing.

Subject: Pausing call recording in RC to RC calls
Description: We've noticed that we cannot pause the recording (during the transmission of CC numbers for example) if the call is being placed between two RingCentral customers. Is this accurate and if so, is there a plan for resolving this?
