  1. Remove the dial pad from the column next to the Calls and Voicemail tabs. It is more convenient to have the dial pad on the right side so we can easily dial a number from the call history. Or have the option to have the dial pad be dragged on the right side like how it used to.

  2. For RingCentral to add Nationwide calling to 310xxx numbers for Canada only. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use these phone numbers. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX

  4. Disable the Accidental Key Press

    If we can disable the key press where in if the caller accidentally press any number or dial key it will do nothing and will not be routed or transferred to other extension where the call is not intended for.

  5. The customer is requesting to allow a Japanese toll-free Number as their Caller ID call to a local Japan number. However, this is restricted due to in-country regulations local carriers block the call and set it to auto-busy.

It would be helpful to be able to hear a different ringtone when I am receiving a business call from ringcentral's app. Right now, the same ringtone I have for my personal calls is the same for my business calls. The last company I had service with I knew when I was receiving a business call just by the ringtone. This feature would be helpful.

  8. delete the rule under "forward all calls"
    currently they can disable and replace the rule but they cant totally delete the rule.

  9. hen extensions are sending a blind transfer to another user/extension the phone should say the callers caller ID not the extension transferring the call.

  10. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use phone numbers with only 7 digits. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX, it seems we cannot dial 7 digits outside number. Can we fix that?

  13. Create a feature that allows the Ring Central app to connect to a vehicles audio system. Currently the only way to answer a RC call / connect to a meeting is to answer by physically manipulating the mobile device which is illegal in a number of jurisdictions.

  16. If Multi-level IVR is setup, it should disable call routing for the extension that has the same extension number as the IVR key press choices. Example, if 1 is pressed, the call should not route to other extensions that has 1 if customer pressed 1 twice.

    Details : Having the option to display the list of users in the corporate directory instead of searching for each user
    Significance of the feature : allows to easy display on the user list instead of typing the name

  20. I'd love to have a Robust IVR menu, wherein the caller could have the option to type their postal code so they would be routed to the right people based on their location instead of having a dispatch to initially take the call.
