  1. this would allow Multiuser chatting; a Voice chat option that can be turned on or off for the chat room so I don't have to type out short questions, and we can vent to coworkers via audio

  4. I have hundreds of team/group chats, and every day, many of them will have new messages. even though we have UnRead filter for chats, when I read the message and navigate to another chat, the previous one will be gone. It is not easy for me to navigate around those chats I'm focusing on.

    So my idea is, can we provide a Pin feature to the chats as well? So even if I filter only to show UnRead message chats, I can still see the chats I focus on when I read the message.

  5. Add an ability for the chat admins to set a time interval for the messages in the chats. The screen from the telegram is attached.

    It could help to see more structured messages in the chats and avoid annoying cases when one idea is separated for 5-10 messages

  8. Currently the app icon in the taskbar will show a little red dot at the top corner if there's a new notification. This can mean anything - a missed call, new voicemail, message, etc.

    It would be really helpful if there could be a different way to indicate new 'message only' notifications. Something like a chat bubble icon that could be visible from the taskbar so it's visible at quick glance.

  10. During RingCentral meetings, it'd be nice to choose from a variety of emoji reactions instead of the 5 basic options. Being a partner of the San Francisco Giants, it'd be great to get a custom "Go Giants!" reaction emoji. Thanks!

  11. Need to allow Verizon Wireless SMS text notifications from Ring Central admin portal. Any singular users and user groups. All other wireless carriers allow this now, and it currently works. Verizon is not currently working and we need this fixed ASAP.

The customer found a knowledge base article explaining how to print a message thread from the RC app. However, this feature is not currently available in the app. The customer requires the ability to print message threads for legal purposes and would like this functionality to be implemented.

  16. Ability to mark all messages as read. We use a texting function from the team messages and in two days I can have 2000 unread messages. My team has gone through these messages so it would help to have a marked all as read function to get them off my list.

  18. Auto reply and OOO for direct messages. Right now this feature is only available to those who utilize SMS, but my org doesn't so I can't do anything to let people know I am out of office, or auto reply to reach me via phone.

  19. My idea is pretty straight forward. Us, as administrators of an organization on RingCentral should have access to manage Private / Public teams. As an administrator we should have access to everything within our RingCentral 'server / team' as we need to monitor our employees.
