Although certain messages can be pinned which is useful, it would be more helpful to be able to search by words or numbers throughout the entire conversation history with a person or team messaging group.

Text with Gif Messages
When clicking on a GIF it automatically sends. It would be nice if it was added to the text field so we can add a message to accompany the GIF. In our office, we like to do birthday shout-outs and currently, we have to send two separate messages, one with the gif and the second with the shout-out. It would be nice if it could be one message together.

Is it possible to give us a feature wherein we can see the status of messages we sent. whether it is delivered or seen and who sees it when sent to group chatroom? we are using the messages tool to communicate internally to organization members and it is necessary for us to know if the notifications are read or not.

Filter Read messages by @mention
Add ability to filter by "Read @mention". Many a times i have to quickly refer or reply to a recent @mention message, but it is difficult to quickly find such messages. Instead I have to recall which team that message was sent to and search for that team and the message. It would be great if i can filter the messages by "Read @mention" just like filtering them by "Unread @mention".

Currently, only the admin of the archived team has the ability to recover the deleted team. By giving all super admin capability to bring back the archived team, it will be easier for them to recover it anytime they need it.

Quiet Message Delivery
It would be great to send internal chat messages on a quiet delivery option. The ability to message colleagues who are on calls but not disturb them. IE--if someone is on RED (on a call), I could send them a chat and it would deliver discretely/quietly as to not disturb their call, regardless of their notification settings

Adding voice & video messaging feature to RingEx plans.
Voice and video messaging is already available for RingCx plans but not RingEx plans. This is a basic messaging feature that should be included in all plans. All messaging platforms in the market have it.

Search / filter team instant messages by date
Suggestion
At the moment you can search a team instant message thread by words, poster or team but there is no way for you to search and filter by a date or date 'range'
Reason
Many times a members of a chat has mentioned in passing occurrences of an issue that much later I need to pull together to a report. I know the dates or date ranges but it is too hard to guess the exact wording of their post and searching by user/poster returns too many results (most not relevant).
I need a way to select all posts…

Highlight unread messages within conversation
Messages below the "New messages" divider should appear in bold. Often people (including myself) are missing new messages if there is more than one in the conversation. Also, the "New messages" divider should appear more bold or highlighted. It looks very similar to the date divider.

Spell Check multiple languages and disable option for Cloud Office
It would be great if Avaya Cloud Office would have a spell check for other languages than English. In my case: German. As well as the ability to disable the spell check. Currently, I am using the app in German, but the app spell checks in English. This results in everything I type being underlined in red. This is quite annoying.
So the first improvement would be to be able to disable the spell check without having to disable it for the whole computer system. A second step then, of course, would be to provide the spell check in the…1 vote
