Ability to group and sort HUD contacts
Need the ability to sort HUD contacts by first name, last name, or department. Also, need the ability to create folders for grouping contacts.

The folders would be the best idea, as it can be customized at an individual level.
Would also submit that this needs to be able to be edited on the admin level as well, for those that have trouble with technology or limited time to make these kinds of setups.
