Access to everyone's voicemails by clicking on there extension without a password as Super admin!
As a super admin we should have access to all users passwords without having to change their password or pin! As owners of the business and phone account we shouldn't have to go through this to protect ourselves from suspicious activity from employees! You are putting us at risk without this ability! I call technical support and all they tell me is to change the pin or password but even if I do that the person assigned to that extension gets an automatic email and voicemail from Ringcentral that their setting has been changed or modified! That sucks.

A little excessive taking 3 years to implement core functionality like this one, is it not?

as a super admin I should be able to gather information prior to a user departure, without their knowledge. I should be able to gather their voicemails prior to them leaving the company, without their knowledge, and without setting a password, and without already having access prior as a shared voicemail.

It would be useful to reduce the hassle of admins needing to retrieve staff passwords or pins while out on vacation or on days off and reduce the need for admins to have staff passwords at all.

As the operations manager, I need access to the voicemail messages on occasion in order to resolve customer issues. I shouldn't have to have everyone's personal password. All of the answered calls are available to me, why aren't the voicemails.

Requiring admins to provide a password assigned to a user to access their messages goes against all modern security principals. I can change the users pwd to listen to their messages, just takes extra unnecessary steps, so why not just let admins view/listen to messages? There is no such thing as Personal Privacy in a Business provided account.

An admin should be able to assist with anything without asking the users password. An admin should be able to login to their user account from the admin portal as if the user is the one logged on. This is security bridge asking users for their password and OTP when we try to help assist them with concerns.

User group managers can only play and mark voicemails read. They can not delete the voicemails unless they log into the group members extension directly.

As an admin, I would like to be able to delete voicemail messages of any user in the account without requiring the user's password

Super Admins should be able to access user voicemail messages without a password reset or obtaining a user's password. We use SSO (OKTA), so changing passwords to obtain voicemail messages is disruptive. To alleviate this issue, when messages are selected in the Admin portal, adding the ability to sign in with Super Admin creds to access user voicemails would be beneficial. When users separate from the company and their corresponding DIDs are reused, voicemail messages can be cleared by Admins instead of users.
