SMS Auto-Forwarding

The customer would like to have Auto-Forwarding feature on his SMS/Text whenever he's out of office to make sure that the SMS will be handled perfectly by his assigned extension

    This is a critical request regarding SMS Auto forwarding from one number to another number as both internally and externally.

    As a VoIP domain supporting the hospitality sector, SMS functionality is essential for us to communicate effectively with candidates and nurses. Currently, the lack of SMS service is impacting our operations and time-sensitive communications.

    Need this feature, as employees leave we need to be able to stay in communication with potential leads who may not want to call in.

    This feature would be extremely helpful to allow more workflow and messages to be received, rather than ignored. As we have been dealing with receiving text messages for one number, I would rather have the option to forward the messages with the broken "Ready to use" number to fix this problem. Please work on a release for this.

    There is almost no point to go out of town or go on vacation without this feature. What if I were to be completely out of cell service, for any extended amount of time? This should not be a feature I should have to request, this should be put to the top of the list of new features, ASAP! Very frustrated this isn't already done, I'm on vacation and can't fully unplug.
