Call Queue: Simultaneous | Add more than 50 members
Currently, the supported maximum number of members for simultaneous ringing for call queue members is 50. Please consider increasing it to more than that.

How can RingCentral, a company so big have a limit for such an important thing?
So you guys work with a company, provide service, get paid , company likes your product/service, company grows and then when the company is bigger and its time to make more money you lose the client since you can not provide them with an actual good service gowing forward ?
For me makes zero sense. People are looking for alternatives only because of such a simple stuff.
Increase the limmit of agents in Q at the same time in the same Queue. Cmon should not be that hard to do that.

This is critical to our operations, we need to be able to ring every employee as close to the exact same time as possible. We have over 150 employees.

Handling large queues with limited rep availability is a challenge for us. The system forces us to make frequent updates or adopt inefficient solutions... please implement this change

Absolutely this. We have large queues where many reps aren't available at a given time. Forcing us to modify this regularly or come up with bad solutions that make customers wait longer.
I would even be fine if it capped at 50 ACTUAL ringing phones. Currently our queues have 50 people with 10 available at any given time.

Please add this feature - we are an expanding company and have been with ring central since 2020 - if we cannot have more than 50 simultaneous we will be forced to look for other voip provider options.

We also need this.
We do manage call handling but it is done internally not by the ring options.
The ring options would not work well in our situation. -
