Show Original Callers Number in Caller ID when Transferring calls
Feedback from users that the would like to see the original caller ID on transferred calls in the RingCentral app.

This is a basic function in most other IP phone platforms. It is critical to know whether a call that was answered by a receptionist or other staff member, then transferred to another person internally, is a call that originated from an outside number. The current platform makes it so one can't tell whether the call from a colleague is simply from them, or that it is a transfer from an outside caller. Please make this Caller ID feature upgrade a priority! Thanks.

Agree - with other commenters. This is a no-brainer and should be made available ASAP. Honestly it didn't even occur to me to ask about this feature because why wouldn't you already offer it?!?

This is a feature that, when a customer needs this, it is VERY important to their business operations.
We have a Real Estate firm that, when they transfer a call to an agent's cell, the office number comes up. If the agent misses the call, they have to call back to the office, get the receptionist, and get the number of the person who called them. ALL the agents have to talk to the same receptionist, so this is a huge bottle neck.
