This is needed for SMS messages (Glip) not just text

It would cost our small company an additional $250 a month to sign-up with BeeTexting. Its far too much money when we spend quite a bit yearly on RingCentral. If RingCentral isn't going to have this essential component to their text messaging option, we would like to know because it may be more cost effective for us to look to moving forward with another company.

Scheduling messages is a critical feature when you're working with colleagues in multiple time zones and is very much anticipated.

Especially useful then you a bit different schedules with you colleagues, so they can see your message in the morning and won't be bothered by notification late night.

This feature is needed and has been asked for many years. Is it in the works?

Any updates on a scheduled send feature being added to RingCentral? The third party apps require a subscription and additional added cost for businesses to incur. Most everyday phones have this feature available and it seems that since customers have been asking for this feature since 2019, that RingCentral would figure out a way to make this feature available. I, like so many others on here, do business tasks in our off time but wish for the response to be "scheduled" during our regular business hours.

NEED THIS ARRGGHHHHHHH

This is critical. We need this integration to run our business properly. It seems like a basic feature that should be in the system. I'm surprised it's not available, and I wish I had understood that before switching to RC. We are hopeful this will be set as a priority.

This is a VITAL aspect I need for my business

Sometimes you want to do follow up with your client in a week or two from your conversation and you have to create a reminder and then find his number and text him. Imagine you could text him thank you for taking my call. And immediately schedule text for the date and time he requested…. Easy!! And awesome!

This would be the most valuable feature for me to have!

Currently I have to use email to send scheduled messages to discussion channels when I don't want to disturb my teammates at night or during week ends. That's ridiculous. We need to be able to schedule messages in the internal chat.

Scheduling texts would be a game changer for me. I am often in office before business hours and it would allow me to schedule a text at a more appropriate time or a requested time by the client. That way I can move on with other tasks for my day. It would be so much more efficient than having to stop whatever I am in the middle of or having to remember to do it later.

I need to work inconvenient hours just to be able to send sms messages to people, reminders etc. This would improve my entire workload and job!!! This had to have been done long ago!!

Schedule Auto Sending SMS Text messages. Ability to schedule texts messages to automatically send and also to repeat.

I agree, this is probably the most important feature of business text. this is long overdue. Especially for scheduled reminders, greetings, not just working late. Absolutely beyond me how ring central does not have this already. Rolled out Emojis but not this feature..

Following up on Schedule Send SMS feature?

Definitely need this feature on Ringcentral messages for my teams...sometimes I'm working late after hours and want to send a message to a team or individual but I don't want to disturb them at night either. I like to write the message as I'm working or I could forget the thought the next day. As another user said, Gmail has this. I can do that with my text messages on my Samsung as well. Do we know when it's planned for?

Now that iPhone has this feature it will be very helpful and a game changer if Ring Central can get this added for us! Would make things efficient!
