Any updates on a scheduled send feature being added to RingCentral? The third party apps require a subscription and additional added cost for businesses to incur. Most everyday phones have this feature available and it seems that since customers have been asking for this feature since 2019, that RingCentral would figure out a way to make this feature available. I, like so many others on here, do business tasks in our off time but wish for the response to be "scheduled" during our regular business hours.

This is critical. We need this integration to run our business properly. It seems like a basic feature that should be in the system. I'm surprised it's not available, and I wish I had understood that before switching to RC. We are hopeful this will be set as a priority.

Scheduling texts would be a game changer for me. I am often in office before business hours and it would allow me to schedule a text at a more appropriate time or a requested time by the client. That way I can move on with other tasks for my day. It would be so much more efficient than having to stop whatever I am in the middle of or having to remember to do it later.

Now that iPhone has this feature it will be very helpful and a game changer if Ring Central can get this added for us! Would make things efficient!

Since 2019 people have been asking for this, and nothing has been done. Even the simplest message apps provide the possibility of scheduling a message to be sent later.

Yes! Reminders about meetings! I can also work at night and schedule for the next day as not to disturb others after hours.

We work in a business where we schedule out many appointments with Clients. They are constantly changing daily. With our old system, we could submit an CSV file with the name of the client and the date and time of their appointment. Then it would automatically send out text messages. We want something that we can set up a message that works with the CSV file and automatic response to what the client texts back. Example:Automated text out "Hello client, your appointment is at 9:00 am on 2/2/2023. Please respond Y to confirm and N to reschedule." Incoming Text "Y" Automated outgoing text "Thank you for confirming your appointment!" Also, a way to track the type of responses, whether it be a confirm or reschedule or cancel. Thank you!

Similar to Slack & Teams, the ability to send a message at a later date. This can help when setting up a message out of office hours, or when travelling with spotty reception.

We should be able to send automated scheduled text to our customers. Example, If I have a delivery service business I should be able to send auto scheduled text to the customers who are on my route.

Ability to schedule when a text sends (we send reminders to clients about meeting tomorrow or something) or want to reply to them during working hours not at 9pm or something

It would be very useful to be able to schedule outgoing texts to clients. I will sometimes want to respond after hours or weekends but want to keep communication/ contact to business hours. If I text on a weekend or after hours they will respond during those times, which I dont want. Also, I can schedule reminder texts for things as they come to mind.

It would be very helpful to my business to be able to schedule when a text message will be sent out at a later time. I vote yes for this. I could not find the vote button. This is the only option that opened up to me to vote for this idea. And I definitely wanted to get my vote in.

We work in the legal field and this would be a great feature for us to send out court dates.
