Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security
Hello as an RC Admin for my Org I have been approached about Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security. We would like the capability to see what is being said over chat from all users within our organization (in real time). I have called RC Tech Support and they assured me this is not a current feature so I would like to suggest this as one.

This would be really useful, something I would love to see implemented

I posted something similar, and it has been merged with this post. We would like the same feature along with the ability to limit who can actually create chat groups. In fact it should be the other way round. It should not be standard that anyone can create a group it should be a privilege added to someone's account. These should all be standard features on the platform. I believe from demos I have seen it is standard with Ring Centrals competitors.

Apparently as a Super Admin, you are not able to see all teams created in your organization. Only Public teams or private teams you are a member of, even as a Super Admin. I am unable to view private teams that have been created in the organization which, as a super admin, does not seem right when it comes to an enterprise providing an application for users to use. In fact, i don't think i know of any app i've been an admin of that I didn't have full visibility over. The reason i was given from support was for privacy concerns, but we're an enterprise. What do you mean? Compliance is crucial. The "work around" i was given was to reset a users password to login as their account to delete a channel, but this seems like MORE of a privacy concern, and I still don't have a list of all teams created, so I wouldnt even know who to login as. Insane.

Currently, private teams are only visible to members of that team in the RC apps. From an administration standpoint it would be useful to be able to see old teams and remove them. Please add an option to view teams from the admin portal.

Can RC please create a way for "Super Admins" to see all private chats created in their company's Ring Central Environment. I'm not interested in the business of others and don't mind mindless chit chat, but I have found that some of these private rooms have been replete with dissention, bullying, negativity, etc. As the manager, I'd like the ability to mitigate this activity. I recently learned of a toxic private group chat that needed to be addressed. When creator/participant was confronted, it was immediately deleted out of existence before I was able to see its contents to verify reports I had been given. While I was privy to the environment by several staff who were active members, I was not privy to its actual content so that issues could be addressed on a personal level. Anything RC can do to allow a Super Admin access to their own company's RC Chat environment would e appreciated.
