Mark text messages, voicemails, missed call notifications as unread when already read
I'd like to be able to read text messages but still be able to mark them unread if for example I read a text but I am not able to reply until later that day. Marking it unread would make it bold again so that I know to see it again and it won't get lost among the read ones. I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

As a part of remaining organized I mark items as unread if i need to revisit them. I would like to mark my texts as unread.

When an SMS is marked unread the user would have the ability to be notified of the unread message to respond at a later time.

When working on the desktop app and texting with clients it is imperative to be able to mark a message as unread so you can go back and remember to deal with it if sidetracked. Seems like a no-brainer that this would be a standard feature as it is on the mobile app, but not on the desktop

If 2 or more people are reading the same texts or responding to the same email, it would so much better to have the availability to mark individual texts or VM's as unread

Ability to mark text messages unread or not have it automatically mark as read when clicking on the text button

It would be helpful if there is a way to go back in and mark a text message as unread? Or possibly flag it with a color code so that we can more easily track and monitor some messages we need?

I want to refer back to texts without forgetting about them, but cannot mark them as unread on the desktop app, only on the mobile app, so I have to jump back and forth to do this and it's quite frankly annoying.

Please add the feature of seen stamped below the text once receiver has read the text. It will be a good tool for documentation on the date/ time a text was actually sent/ read.

With a hard press on mobile you can mark a text as unread, however, this feature is missing on desktop. This feature would be helpful when you have multiple people managing an office line. Since this feature is already available on mobile it should be available on desktop as well.

Similar to "pinning" the message like Apple can, or marking it unread so you can come back to it later. I understand you can mark a text unread in the phone app, but can't on the desktop version (why?)

We have multiple computers linked to one text/fax/voicemail number so that nothing gets missed. We NEED an option to “Unread” something so that if another employee accidentally clicks on something that is not intended for them, it does not get missed! There should be an option right in the desktop app either on the left or right side that gives you the option to UNREAD. It could be right next to the "word Bubble" that takes you into the message or even next to the i on the right. OR be able to RIGHT CLICK and right above or below the option that says "Mark All As Read" Have an option that say "Mark as Unread"

I use RingCentral phone on my mobile and on my desktop. It is surprising and very frustrating that the apps do not communicate w/ each other wrt to the unread message status icon. For example, say I receive a text message, and I view it on my phone. The phone app correctly shows no unread messages. However, my desktop app is out of sync. The desktop app stills shows an unread message. I need to click on the text message button on my desktop app to clear the unread status. Why?This issue is present for all types of messages - voicemail, missed calls, etc. It would be a big improvement to address this pretty basic issue.Thanks.

On a desktop it would be helpful to be able to mark a text or voicemail as unread. This would allow the user to come back to it later and not miss it. It is currently possible on the phone app but not on the computer.

Capability is available in mobile app, why not the PC? It's very helpful to be able to enjoy the same feature across all versions of the app.

Would like to see your desktop apps add the ability to mark incoming SMS unread- so they can be correctly responded to later if/as needed.

The iphone app has the unread button but not the desktop pc app on windwos. Because I read the text on my pc and then I forget to respond if I dont unread it to stay bold.
