Direct Dial Number for Paging Groups
Description:
Implement the ability to assign a direct inward dialing (DID) number or digital number to paging groups. This enhancement would allow users to initiate a page by dialing the assigned DID number, in addition to the existing method of dialing the extension.

We have been using this feature for 25 years on our previous phone system before migrating over to RingCentral and have never had any issues with DID # getting spammed. Are you saying we could use the RingCentral Mobile app and select the paging group that way? But that would require all employees that are not in the RingCentral system to have an account or setup a shared account. That is a much more higher risk in my opinion. Can you please proceed with the request or not?

Just an opinion, but this sounds risky. If anybody gets their hands on that DID they can spam your paging group. That could get ugly.
FWIW I can hit my paging group from the mobile app on my cell, from anywhere.
