I've noticed that the current SMS logs in RingEX only include metadata like sender, recipient, and timestamp, but not the message content itself, unless you have access to Archiver. This creates an issue, as it's difficult to conduct thorough audits, internal reviews, or troubleshoot communication problems without the full message context.

Many users don't have access to Archiver, which leads to an uneven experience and limits transparency.

To address this, I propose that we include the SMS message content in downloadable logs. Alternatively, we could explore a lightweight version of Archiver or a new feature that allows all accounts to easily retrieve messages.

This would provide more equitable access to communication data, improve our ability to monitor and manage SMS usage, and ultimately strengthen trust and accountability within the platform.

This is a great idea! I used to deliver Network Management Systems that had this capability and allowed users to embed a link to a website or a locally installed application under the default buttons. I would love to see that feature implemented in REX and possibly links in RCX agent and admin interface.
