  3. There will be an option to drag and drop pre-made custom cover page for easy use that will be accepted by the system, please include, expansive option for font styles as the system has limitations with the variety of font style to choose from.

  6. Forwarded faxes only show the number that forwarded the fax, not the actual sender. There should be an option to show number of the original sender instead.

  7. The fax cover sheet currently automatically puts the ext. number where the fax is coming from. It would be nice to have the option to not list the ext. number as this can impact call routing for incoming calls if the ext. is used when it should not be.

  15. Currently extensions are required to take voicemails & faxes as all or none. Our customer would like to have the option to take no voicemails, but still receive faxes.Is it possible to enable faxing only and no voicemail? Rather than disabling the mailbox entirely?

  17. We are a medical clinic and sometimes when we are closed for more than a week, we want to disable the fax so that messages are not received and the sender knows that their fax was not received. If we cannot do this, we have to respond to every fax and inform them we are closed, etc. It causes legal issues also if we receive a fax and do not respond.We ended up having to move my company fax to an auto-attend number instead and set that to voice only. We think that will work, as fax is not received.…

When a call queue receives a voicemail the members of the queue are able to access the message via the RC app. When a fax is received by the queue the members are NOT able to access that message via the RC app. Could that be fixed so that all messages (whether voice or fax) to the queue are accessible via the app?Additionally, when a fax is received by the call queue, all the members are sent an email notification about the received fax.   20. Can I remove the *101 after my phone number on the cover page? It is confusing. Secondly, for the fax, can we just say "Fax" instead of "Fax phone" and last, can we give a parenthesis for the fax area code and a hyphen between the fax number. Thank you.
