Fix Automatic Fax Printing so that it works in A4
Currently the Automatic fax printing in Avaya Cloudoffice is unable to resize faxes to print in A4 - it generates printouts in A4 but for any printouts that are outside the margins of A4 it adds a blank page before and after each page of content.
This doesn't happen on every fax, but it is a very frequent occurrence in our environment, so much so that we can't use automatic printing, despite it being what we need to suit the system. Instead our team are having to manually print all faxes as they arrive.

Fax and call has different routing on the extension
We want that we can set a separate routing for a fax and separate routing for the calls. Example: I want all calls to the extension to be routed to an external number but all faxes to the extension will still be routed to a different number on a given time like either after hours or business hours

RC App print to fax plug-in for multiple attachments
Print to fax directly from the browser or other application using RC App print to fax plug-in
When using the old RC Phone App (Spartan) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will just add up (normal)
When using the New RC App Glip (Jupiter) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will replace the previous attachment (not normal)

Currently, any user can send an outbound fax using any other user's or department's fax identity within the platform. There are zero restrictions on the "From" field, creating a massive identity spoofing vulnerability. add fields in the the fax template
I’m trying to add a field to the sample e-fax cover page document and don’t know how to. That level of detail isn’t in the instructions.
Also, the fields that are currently on the sample doc don’t all have a place to input them. I’d like to add the recipient and their company to the cover page, and that’s also not in the instructions.

Option to Fully Disable Fax Capability on Voice Numbers
Currently, there is no reliable way to disable fax traffic for a phone number. If a number is assigned to a user extension and set to "Voice Only," any inbound fax attempts are treated as voice calls and will ring all active devices and apps associated with that extension.
Ideally, there should be an option to fully disable fax functionality on a number. This would result in a failed transmission status for the sender, clearly indicating that the number is not enabled for fax. It would be helpful if RingCentral provided an in-app notification when a fax fails to send. Currently, failure notifications are sent via email, but multiple people monitor that inbox, making it easy for the sender to miss the notification.
A more effective solution would be to notify the user who sent the fax directly within RingCentral. Similar to the existing red notification indicator, a different colored notification, such as a blue dot, could alert users that one of their sent faxes has failed and requires attention.

I get a lot of junk texts and junk faxes. However, to confirm that they are junk, I have to open each one look at it and then delete it.
I get a lot of junk texts and faxes. To confirm that they are junk, I have to open each one and look at it, which is a slow process. As a consequence, I have left all these junk messages in my queue and worry that some non-junk is lost in that mess. It would be helpful if there were a way to get a better faster, preview of faxes and texts and quick access to a delete button for them rather than having to go down a menu level

Allow to send faxes to non T38 transmission
Allow sending fax using G.711u.
At the moment, RingCentral only supports T.38 for faxing.
There are customers that are still using G.711u for faxing. We need to make sure that it works regardless of the transmission method.

Sync Fax Default Cover Page from Admin Portal to Desktop and Web App
Currently, the default fax cover page set in the Admin Portal only applies when sending faxes through the Mobile App or FaxOut feature. Fax preview
We need the ability to view attached fax files before sending them. Currently, the system does not allow this. Since this feature was available in RingCentral Classic, we would like to maintain the same functionality in the new system.
