Ability to hide caller ID name for all incoming faxes
Right now, the incoming call information settings on user extension is not working for faxes. It still shows the caller ID name. Customer would like to have the option of not displaying the caller ID name of the sender as the system sometimes has the outdated caller ID name for the sender's number.

Sync Fax Default Cover Page from Admin Portal to Desktop and Web App
Currently, the default fax cover page set in the Admin Portal only applies when sending faxes through the Mobile App or FaxOut feature. This request aims to extend that functionality so the same default cover page automatically applies when sending faxes via the Desktop or Web App, ensuring consistency and reducing manual setup.

Increase FAX/FSM/HFS timeout from 32 seconds to larger value
Currently, RC's HFS timer for outbound faxing, remote fax machine response time/timeout is 32 seconds. In the event a recipient fax machine takes longer than 32 seconds to respond with fax tones, our system will timeout/terminate the session. It will then retry twice, each with another 32 second timeout period, resulting in 96 (or more) seconds of "system resource usage" time.
If we increased the HFS timeout to even just 40 seconds, allowing some additional time for remote fax machines to answer, we would have a higher success rate of outbound faxes and overall reduction of system resource usage time…

Fax cover page
They’re requesting the option to update the contact phone number on the fax cover page so it shows their fax number instead. She mentioned that when she handled it, she used to upload a custom cover page, but now that someone else manages it, they rely on the default system cover page since the new user isn’t familiar with custom uploads. They also attempted to use a dummy phone number, but that could create future issues with account access. A report showing the number of inbound and outbound fax pages sent and received per month, per phone number.
The customer is using the RingCentral service only for faxing. She wanted to see a report that will show the nuber how many outbound pages and how many inbound pages were sent and received. She wanted this information per number and per month.

Enable Call Forwarding to Distinguish Between Voice and Fax Calls
Currently, when call forwarding is enabled for EX User extensions, the forwarding logic does not distinguish between voice and fax calls. When a call terminates directly to a User extension, the system can differentiate between fax and voice calls and handle them accordingly. However, when forwarding is enabled, both fax and voice calls are forwarded indiscriminately, causing fax calls to be treated as voice calls.

The Admin is requesting a feature that would allow admins to schedule monthly fax log reports for the previous month and have them automatically sent out. The requested functionality should include the ability to select specific users to be included in the report, rather than generating logs for all users.
