  1. Users that had setup the presence on the desk phone should have something to distinguish whether the user on the screen is on available or on Do Not Disturb. As to not waste the time of the caller waiting.

  2. With the current version of 6.4.4 on the desk phones, the new Voyager headsets don't have the ability to answer, hangup, or adjust volume using the BT700 in the phone. Updating the phones to 6.4.6 is reported to solve the issue. See the release notes from HP. Currently, the module is restricted to displaying a maximum of 48 name/number entries, and manual configuration attempts are rejected by the RingCentral server.   8. this would be useful because a lot of customers don't want to have to login to the web portal to do this. they want a button programmed on the handset that they can just push to turn on and off. Same goes for the RC PC App. if it can be done in there as well by just toggling a switch on and off. many customers would love the convenience that would bring them.

  12. Be able to receive voicemail from Message only extension through desk phones only The customer doesn't want to receive voicemail attachments and notifications sent to his email address. They don't want their email to voicemail attachments and notifications to avoid accumulating space from their email account.

  17. We are having an issue where the wrong caller ID is displayed when we transfer calls. When you transfer a call, if you press the speed dial on your phone, it will display the user's extension for the person receiving the transfer instead of the caller’s phone number. It is very confusing when we answer the phone expecting it was an internal call only to find an external caller. It appears that this was corrected for some other phone manufacturers, https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-48. Can you please correct it on the Mitel phones? We are using the Mitel 6940 phones.

  18. specifically - when users are logged in, I want the "Log Out" Softkey to be visible on their main page without having to click "More". As of right now, when NOT logged in - the Login softkey is visible on the main page but once a user logs in, they have to click the "More" soft key before they can see the "Log Out" Softkey. I would like them to see the Log Out softkey on the main page once they are logged in.
