Changing phones
I have a desk phone at the office and a desk phone at home. Currently the only way to swap the phones out is to log into the admin portal. I would like to be able to swap the phone on the actually desk phone.

Support the new Yealink WH66 DECT Headset series
Yealink has a new series of DECT headsets, with a LCD screen control interface, great microphone noise processing technology, and overall an amazing product. They are designed for mobile+softphone. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh66Unfortunately, Ringcentral only supports Jabra/Poly headsets. I much prefer this product over what Jabra / Poly are producing. Given Ringcentral already supports many Yealink products, I would encourage you to include this headset, it's a winner.Lawrence

Visual Voicemail on Deskphone
Coming over from Mitel and having the ability to see which voicemails are which on a screen would be very helpful to my users. Mitel had Visual Voicemail where I could see who the message was from and select that message instead of checking them all.

Stop Polycom phone restarts when changing user hours
STOP restarting Polycom phones when changing user hours.This seems to be a new feature. The phones restart when changing user hours. This is a terrible feature. Changing user hours happens all the time. Restarting phones interrupts employees workflows, customers can't get thru etc.

Make changes on provisioning server: CISCO Short Interdigit timer
The end user is having problems with the call failing because they do not dial fast enough. We attempted manual provisioning but, this will take too long in the future if we make any changes. Because we will have to touch every phone, every time.

When setting up hundreds of users with teams direct routing it you can upload the details to https://admin.cloudpbx.ringcentral.com/ but there's no way to automate the downloading/setup process on https://service.ringcentral.com/

Have a faster way of changing the deskphone's outbound caller ID without having to get into the web portal
The method of using the mobile app and the desktop app in conjunction with the web login both worked, but the method is way too involved for the Users.

Create Additional Expansion Slots for Sidecar/Expansion Modules
When utilizing RC Polycom VVX 450 users are only able to utilize 1 expansion module per device. Would it be possible to increase the number of allowed modules as well as utilize modules from other devices/purchase from third party?

Environment Assessment - RingCentral to have the option to let the customer to test their devices into the system before the signup
It would be better if RingCentral has a way for the customer to tests their devices into the system to confirmed if it will work or not prior to the signup.

Add Logitech Headset support (BETA) to the RC App
The app has Headset support for Jabra and Plantronics Hub. Please extend this support to Logitech, so we can take advantage of the call control buttons on those devices too.

Upgrade firmare for Yealink T42S, T46S etc.
Yealink has a great dual connect headset (WH63) that can flip between deskphone and softphone/computer. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh63 Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Ring Central because Ring Central's firmware for the Yealink phones is outdated. This was my message to Yealink after hours of figuring this out. Is it possible to push/help Ring Central to update their auto-provisioned Firmware to V86 for the T42S and T46S Yealink Phones? If I update my T42S/T46S handset firmware to V86 so that I can use your WH63 headset, their settings will downgrade the firmware back to V81 and thus the headset is unusable.See: https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/compatibleHowever:…

Be able to answer more than 2 calls on same phone
We have the Yealink T46S, we have 5 numbers that can be called into at one time and our phones will only allow 2 at a time, if a third happens to call in , we would need to go to another office phone to be able to answer. Easier to keep track of calls and chances of missing calls will be decreased

Set up an IP Phone for RingCentral Rooms for RCV (RingCentral Video)
An IP phone can be configured to work with RingCentral Meetings Rooms according to this link.https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9576.html?language=en_USBut no so such option appears to be available for those of us who have chosen (or forced) to use RingCentral Video. So now I have to have a Poly Studio X50 and a TC8 Controller for Video Conference. And then a Poly Trio 8800 in the same room for if we want to have a conference call using Audio.
