  1. It would be helpful to add a comments/notes field to the device order process to enter any information related to the order. IE: if for a specific project, group of new users or conference room/s that you do not have detail for yet or internal PO information, etc.... Anything that would help identify the order when you have multiple orders in progress for different for tasks.Could apply to additional number/POC requests.

  4. The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.

  8. Currently, when using Polycom phones, the volume settings revert to default levels with each new call. This behavior can be inconvenient for users who prefer to set their own volume preferences and have them persist across calls. This feature request aims to introduce the capability for Polycom phones to retain the user's desired volume setting consistently from call to call.

  12. Full support of paging devices instead of manual configuration, currently we are getting the sip to the admin. It would be effective if the paging devices could also be provisioning normally like the other phones.

  16. We have a mitel desk phones where some live calls that we are receiving need to be transferred directly to the voicemail of a specific user extension.This feature will be a great help to us because the calls will not ring on the user extension if its not that urgent.

  20. Currently, private call parking only work on desk phone when the parking location extension is added on the line keys of the phone via presence. Poly VVX 150 only have 2 line keys which by default is used by the user extension the phone is assigned to. The park soft key instead should provide 2 parking options- public and private. Currently the park softkey is only for public and no available DTMF code for private call parking.
