We paired the desk phone with the app and added favorites in the app. We can not see them on the phone. Is it possible to see the favorites we selected on the app on the actual phone?

When someone leaves a message and presses # they are presented with options. I would like to customize those options, remove some completely, specifically the make private message option.

Receive call notification from my added account while logged in on a different account
I want to receive a notification when I received a call on my added account on RingCentral App while logged in on the other account.
For example: I am logged in on Account A and I received a call on Account B, I should receive the notification on my Account A that Account B has an incoming call and be able to answer it for convenience without needing to log out or log in

Customize line key
want a change to the display layout on our Yealink desk phone. Specifically, I would like the following:
-The Station #1, Station #2, and Provider Office lines to be moved to the right-hand side of the phone screen.
- Incoming calls (callers) should appear on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Each incoming call should display in order and include the caller ID.
- For example:
1. The first incoming call should display as “Line 1 – [Caller ID]”,
2. The second as “Line 2 – [Caller ID]”, and so on.1 vote -
Call queue with multiple concurrency shows multiple missed calls per call
We have set our call queue to 3 concurrency; however, when a call comes in with a simultaneous setting, the call queue shows 3 missed call instances while there is only 1 actual instance of a call. It would be better to have only 1 instance of a missed call per call that will show on the phone in a call queue with multiple concurrency.

Timestamps in voicemail notification emails follow the Main site's regional settings. We would like to have an option to modify the time zone or have it follow the regional settings that are set up in the extension itself.

Option to Disable "*" Keypress Commands During Calls
We would like the ability to disable or turn off the functionality where pressing the "" key during a call triggers call forwarding or other system commands. This would allow users to enter passcodes or navigate external phone menus (e.g., conference bridges or support lines that require a passkey starting with "") without interference from RingCentral's star code features.

Option for customer to Opt out or delay of any firmware updates for Mitel phones from RC
Customers will have the option to choose between two flexibility features regarding their device management: they can either opt out of any potential service delays or choose to opt out of all forthcoming firmware updates from RC. This allows users to have greater control over their experience and make decisions that best suit their needs and preferences.

The ring central phone dialer always shows up in my company personal entry screens when someone calls me
Let the ring central phone dialer only come up in ring central app, as I already hear the phone ring, and I always have to minimize the dialer while I'm trying to enter orders.

Notification when call ends.
Please. The RingCentral App needs a sound notification to play for a dropped or ended call. Right now there's no way to tell when the call ends or drops unless you have the RingCentral app pulled up on the screen.
This is such a basic but important feature. Thank you.

update History info for calls being forwarded to external numbers
Hi Team,
We would like to request to update History Info for all calls being forwarded to external numbers. Currently, we received a lot of cases that calls are not being forwarded to external numbers if the incoming call display shows the incoming caller ID. But, when changed to the called number the call goes through.

Send call recordings to email like how voicemails are
Saving call recordings (and voicemails for that matter) is relatively cumbersome, and furthermore the call recordings don't have a great way to keep track of which ones have been downloaded and saved externally except to delete them. I would like for call recordings to be sent to my email WITH the AI notes much like emails are and then I can managing the saving of them from there. This should not be a hard feature to add as an option for users that wish to turn it on.

Ring Central should provide more effort in addressing Ring Central numbers being spoofed to scam/harass people.
Ring Central should have solutions available for when RC customer numbers are being spoofed and used to harass and scam individuals. These victims will blame RC customers for their predicament, possibly going on social media and unfairly damage the RC customer reputation. Ring Central should also beef up the security of these numbers to reduce the likelihood of them being spoofed int he first place.

upgrade limited extension to a RingEX licenses
Have the ability to upgrade limited extension to a RingEX license without having to delete it and rebuild it with a full license.
