Primarily, I would like to be able to adjust notification settings across the whole organization for Teams App chats like I can for incoming calls, texts, and faxes. Every time I need to dial a number, I have to click the Phone icon at the bottom left, which reveals the Dial Text Box where I then paste the number I want to dial.Could you please put a copy of the dial text box at the very top left of the user interface, just below the company name heading? This will allow quick copy/paste and dialing on Return key being pressed.

  4. We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).

As a podcaster, one of the biggest challenges I and my co-host face is to get a consistent audio (and video) quality for our show recordings.Since RingCentral already has a robust technology like RC Rooms, I think you folks can replicate the technology to create a virtual room for podcast hosts and guests where the host has the master control to maintain the audio (and video) quality for all participants, like controlling their voluming, muting a participant's background noise, etc.

  7. Voyager 5200 UC - features such as auto answer with pickup from desk aren't available with Ring Central desktop app [they are with Ring Central Phone desktop app]. Would be great to have this as I understand RC Phone is going away. And the RC desktop app integrates with Salesforce which many people need.

  8. We would like the ability to delete the video notifications in the direct chats on the RingCentral app for data retention purposes. Currently, there is only the option to 'Like' or 'Bookmark' these notifications.

  9. We have been long-term customers of RingCentral, and it seems we recall that we were able to customize the "Call Screening Prompt" years ago, but the feature is no longer available. We have been able to customize almost all aspects of our callers' experience except this one. We'd like to suggest that RC make it possible to upload your own custom prompt, rather than having the system-generated voice. It would make for a seamless experience!

  10. The ability to set a password history restriction is not currently in place according to a response I received from RC support. For example, if you set a password expiration and it expires, you can still keep using the same password over and over. This is a fundamental password security control and I'm hoping will be added in a future release.

  13. Custom roles and permissions are currently available only for RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate subscribers. That should be a standard feature and should be available to Standard subscribers.Not having access to custom roles limits our ability to hide messages, meetings, and teams from our users - functionality that we already get from Microsoft Teams. Seeing these redundant features in the RingCentral app will only confuse our users and make their experience objectively worse. We use RingCentral strictly for phones and should not need to pay extra to get access to fewer features.

  14. Currently there is a field in Ring Central that allows for users to set their status to in a meeting or Out of office, as well as a fillable field where you can write notes alerting internal users of important details. These fields are unavailable to feed into the Bridge OC which does not allow for Reception team to easily identify where internal staff is without using a secondary tool and prolonging call hold or handle times.

  15. On RingCentral mobile, the contact/directory feature does not have the same abilities as on desktop. For example: On the desktop RC Phone app, I can filter by site so I can see all users in a particular site. Another example is searching on title. "Branch Manager". The mobile app does not see this information.

  18. My caller id on Android comes up on the top and covers the whole top when a call is coming in. I often have to leave the queue so someone else can pick it up (if I'm already busy with something) and I can't get to the toggle without repeatedly disconnecting the current incoming call. If I'm not quick enough to get to that toggle, I have to do this many times which I'm sure is not fun for the caller. A widget on/off queue button or toggle that we could place on our wallpaper/phone desktop would be great, or…
