Calls Sent to Voicemail Not Marked as "Missed Calls"
You don't need to alert me to a "missed" call for those I intentionally sent to voicemail. Or at least give me a toggle that lets me choose if I want it to be listed as such.

Change the RingCentral VMWare service to machine wide install
During our testing with the RingCentral app it was determined that the service only installs as the user who installs it. In a floating desktop pool, this is a process which does not work well. Additionally, it requires the end user to install it during their session whereas it would be best to install this on the master image itself so all end users receive it. Can this be added as an install option?

Message sent to sender of a text message alerting them a RingCentral number does not accept Text Messages
We have texting disabled for all users currently (we have some Hipaa stuff to get through), there does not seem to be a message sent to someone who tries to text one of our users (phone numbers) that says the RingCentral number does not receive text messages at this time.a sender does not know if the text ever completed or did not complete.........in a business scenario this would be very helpful....

Super Admins should be able to delete anything at anytime
other non admin users do post files to RC. These files are constantly being updated by other users and admins creating numerous verisons of the same file. Super admins should be able to go it and delete attached files and links at any time to help "clean up" current teams, files, links, etc.

Yes/no emoji
Emoji are cool but a simple yes/no in professionnal context will help to confirm or answer quickly a question. It could also be used as informal survey.

Code snippet is narrow, needs to expand to width of window
It's nearly impossible to read a code snippet at the moment. Basically the options are to copy the entire thing to a local text editor or download. Please make it easier to view in the app

Disable file sharing by default
Disable all Manage file sharing until turned on by an ADMIN. Since this new app has 0 content examination end users can could sent what ever they wanted and get everyone in truck load of trouble. Since there is nothing in place currently which one of you are going to get hit with a major fine or data breach! If you are going to allow any kind of file sharing from your unified business platform there needs to be some kind of content exemption rules that can be put in play.

Ring Central (Classic) red customizable "Busy" Status
Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).
Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

the current shortcut for emoji is :+1: which is not very practical to enter.Can you add the possibility to use the shortcut (y) to deploy the thumb's up emoji?

Add a feature to allow users to just receive text messages
Along with Business SMS permission there should be another feature to only allow users to only receive or just send text messages.

Colors for Favorite Teams
With the classic, we were able to color coordinate our "Favorite Teams". It made it super easy to find things. Now I have to actually read through things. Please bring color dots back. Thanks.

Caller details when forwarding to external number
When you call the number: (800) 419-1900 and press 1 it is going to my personal mobile phone: (815) 670-6400. But when they call me from RingCentral I need to know from where they are coming

Disable incoming calls when on a queue call
Our agents are on queue calls, but they get spam calls directly to their direct phone numbers. This confuses them, as they think that they're missing calls. It's also distracting for them. There should be a way to not get notified of incoming calls when you're already on a queue call. Thank you!

Remove the announcement to announce yourself when doing a conference call
With the newest RingCentral update, we are having all 3 parties on a simple conference call, hear a notice to announce yourself to join a call. This is not a meeting that we've scheduled, it's a simple connection of 3 people. We should have the option to remove this. We were given a workaround to hit *#8 to remove the announcement. We are making hundreds of conference calls per day. This is not a good solution. We need this addressed ASAP. Not sure how you can make a global update like this and not get input from your users who…

Enable ability to silence one of your apps (Desktop and Mobile) without disabling or silencing both.
If a user is at their desk they may not want the mobile app ringing as well.

Ability to see if task is complete or not in the calendar view.
Super happy that tasks now show in the calandar view but would be super helpful if there was a designation between completed and not complete tasks in that view. Example- filled in check vs not checked box

Shift right / left to View next or previous pictures in text messages
If you have many pictures in a text discussion you need to close and reopen each picture separately, would be much easier to just swipe to the left or right to see next or previous pictures.
