Favorite Contacts in new app.
This currently exists in the RC Phone app, but does not exist in the new RC App for Windows. I use this feature constantly. I would like to be able to use only one app, but I need to continue use of RC Phone in order to access my favorite contacts. Also, why don't all of my contacts that are in RC Phone sync with RC App?

Fax confirmation with image
EU would like them to have the ability to receive a confirmation page that the fax was received by the recipient. It is specifically an image of the page that was faxed on the confirmation page.

Show status icon for users in left column (like in RC classic)
Ring Central "Classic" would show the icon from a status next to the user name in the left hand column of the app. Hovering over the icon would show the status text (including custom status text). This is not implemented in the new Ring Central App.As we are all working remotely we find this was a good feature. I can tell if someone is simply "out of office", or even "Running" or "Having Lunch".This is NOT the same as DND, it conveys much more information and DND affects other behaviours too.Please re-implement this missing feature in the new Ring Central…

Feature that can Help Impaired Users / Customers to Use RingCentral (Blind)

Turn off call-cancelling keystrokes
A user was typing a message and a phone call/meeting appeared. One of the keystrokes, not sure which one, instantly declined the call and ended it. The user did not have enough time to verify the incoming call. It would be great to not miss calling due to typing a message during an incoming call.

Shared VM and Fax suggestion
Share faxes or voicemails amongst users within the same queue....without having to leave the RingCentral app. To be as specific as possible, make the incoming fax and voicemail section shareable across users, so if one user checks a voicemail it becomes marked as read to all users. If we're really shooting for the moon here add an automatic label denoting who checked that fax/voicemail with a timestap for accountability. Everyone being blasted by texts and emails for each incoming item doesn't really seem appropriate in a place of business. "Already Exists" was a bit of an exaggeration on my "RingCentral…

Additional RC App Team Settings
1) For an added ADmin to be able to remove members from the team2) to import a list of team members to be added It's hard to add/remove members if only team creator is able to do so, as they might not always be available. It's difficult to create a team with members in the 100s, if each email address needs to be entered manually. we have 600 users we need to add as members. there should be an eas-ier way to do this.

Add ability to create Asana task from RC conversation
The outlook app for Asana is OK, it has the elements we need but in execution it lacks some features.

Allow users to see all events for the last day of the month.
The "All Events" view will not allow you to see all the events scheduled for the last day of any month. The scroll bar on the side will scroll down past where the window ends, and will not display anything after that. This is a problem with both the desktop app and the web app.

Let us see tasks in sections again
The ability to only see certain task through search is very time consuming and items are easily lost. I prefer the old where all task could be viewed by sections.

When I reject an incoming video call request, I want to send the reason for my rejection to host
- In service web, I can add /edit/delete my message templates2.On the incoming video call card, the reject button will add a action button, click this action button, I can select a reason message template to send to the host. The action will include the options: message templates list + write custom message.3. For host side, the host can receive the message in rcv meeting.

Send a join team request to the administrator when a user want to join the team
To join a team, sometimes we are required to find the administrator of the team and ask the administrator to actively join the team.Regarding this scenario, can we send a join request to the group and mention the administrator to help deal with it? e.g., mention administrator, XXX requests to join the group,agree to join/disagree, or the app can send a notification to administrator, open this notification, the administrator can handle this request

Ability to backup files (not just messages and notes)
We rely heavily on this app for communication, which includes file sharing. Ability in admin backup to backup files as well.

Immediate forward directly from RC app
If some unintended event occurs that causes you to be unavailable for phone calls or when you forgot to reroute your calls whilst underway to your holiday destination, it would be useful to set an immediate forward to your colleague, department, or voicemail.

In classic app we could @ reference tasks, notes etc when posting a message now it seems only people can be referenced

Transmission Results - Email Confirmation to include Attachments
I would like to have the attachments that I sent through the RingCentral app to be included with the transmission results email confirmation. This way I know exactly what I sent and can view the file(s) from my email rather than opening the app to view the attachment that I sent.

RC App for mobile - Call logs
Hi Team,
Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

Allow RC App(Unified) as Call forwarding - aside from the RC Phone App
User would like to have the option to do Call forwarding from User to User using the RC Unified app. Call forwarding works in RC Phone - but users are migrating all their member in using RC App (Unified).
