  1. Skype had a sweet feature where calls would appear in a pop-up window on the lower-left of the screen. This would be a nice feature to have, as many times the Ring Central app is minimized in the background and hard to find/answer calls on short notice. The pop-up allows for substantially faster response times to calls, whether its an accept or decline, so that the call can be picked up or rotated to another user in the queue more rapidly.

  11. This is mostly a privacy concern, but also is very confusing for new users. When a new user is "selecting" their emergency address, this field should either show only the main company address, maybe also show any additional addresses from multi-site mode. If this isn't possible then it should just not auto-populate at all. Having it list all user addresses that have ever been entered is not acceptable. Granted, this list does not show which address belongs to whom, but seeing thousands of addresses that belong to current and past employees in a list like this should not be a…

  12. A default company team was created at the creation of the account. The use of this team chat was abandoned as there was limited control of users. However, every new employee that joins the company has access to this old team chat, which contains former employee names and all past conversations. That makes no sense from a privacy or security stand point. I cant believe RC has not addressed this yet.

  13. Some folks communicate with me over SMS, especially those who don't work at my agency. Some folks communicate over RC Messaging. On the Windows, Web and Mobile app, I'm constantly losing messages or toggling between the phone tab (to get SMS messages) and the message tab (to get RC Messages).These are all messages. They should be in a single pane of glass. Requiring multiple clicks / taps to toggle between them is annoying and discourages me from using either.Additionally, putting SMS messaging under the same tab as the phone icon feels a little like an 'old' way of looking at…

  14. If a phone number is typed in followed immediately by pressing enter (to start the call) it doesn't dial the number and the enter key needs to be pressed again. If the enter key button press is delayed by a few milliseconds the number can be dialed. Please remove this delay or at the very least make this configurable in the settings.

  15. It's easier to glance at a phone number before dialing with the dashes in place, that way typos are easier to spot. Thankfully the dashes are added after the call is started but at that point it's often too late.

Another feature that may be included in this is an option to allow a "Text" message to just come from the main number, so clients don't become confused by all the various phone numbers associated with our office. Please add this feature for texts, so it matches the main phone # associated with our business, to come from one source number to keep client confidence by not having to text from a bunch of different numbers creating confusion, and distrust by reaching out from all these different numbers with each different extension.   19. Currently on dropdown menu in RingCentral App, where you select which number to call from, both your personal line and any call queues you are in appear as "Direct". Could the Call Queue lines appear as "Queue" to help users differentiate their number from that of the Queue number.
