  2. I wanted to download Ringcentral app for Android for multiple employees but not going through Google play as it's not going to be accessible on a company network. I see on the official Ringcentral download page you have installers for multiple platforms but not for Android. Please add one for Android devices

  5. Customer said that the keypad doesn't show when she is on a call both inbound and outbound customer said she would need to place the call on hold for her to be able to view the keypad. Feature works perfectly fine on the mobile app and customer would like to have full compatibility for chromebook

Businesses have their own IT who manage the applications installed on the agent's devices, it will be easy if some settings on the RingCentral phone app. can be configured on the Super Admin side that will apply to all of the users, like turning off the product alerts which it is asking for users to download the new RingCentral desktop app. which they are avoiding for the agents to install unnecessary application that is not required for the business.

  8. 3-way calling/merge icon is not available in the Keypad using the app. The option available is only the conferencing which you need to create unlike the 3-way calling you can add participants to a live call. The merge is only available after calling the party and really small.

  9. The RingCentral app currently recognises .HEIC/.HEIF images as attachments and if the other user wants to open/view the image, they have to click Download the file (treated as an attachment).
    Going forward there would be more and more devices t hat use these formats so I believe it would be useful to get prepared.
    It might also apply for the .HEVC video formats.
    The suggestion is to have the RingCentral App to process and display them as native images in the chat.

  10. We kindly request the consideration of expanding the current limitation of simultaneous device logins per extension from two to a range of five to ten authorized users. This enhancement would significantly improve the convenience and productivity of our development team, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. By enabling a greater number of authorized devices to be connected concurrently, our developers would have the flexibility to seamlessly access and work on projects from various locations or devices, fostering a more dynamic and agile development environment.

  12. As of now, you can uninstall all the prior versions of the RingCentral Apps using PowerShell scripts. It would be better if there is a way to do a bulk uninstall of the RingCentral Apps but only for certain prior versions. Not all the prior versions.

  19. When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.

    Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.
