    • Option to bring back the old layout on the Phone Tab wherein the spacious dial pad or right side is not that blank.
    • Since the dial pad can be popped up, the right side could have been minimized or could be adjusted to maximize displays of call logs and voicemails as a whole and not per log.

  2. Create RingCentral Pulse for Microsfot Teams. Currently there is only the option for the pulse alerts to appear in RingEX & Pulse would benefit more customers if we had different end point options for customers to choose from.

  6. Especially with numbers tied to either a mobile user, call queues, and/or message-only extensions to be used to receive faxes and calls. It would be nice to be able to use it as an outbound caller ID since the number is considered as a company number.

  11. its 2024 nobody calls everything is texts, telus and rogers and every other service provides unlimited sms , seems kind of obvs, u guys r jus scamming ppl this is ridiculous, how can u call urself a phone service company and not have unlimited sms, theyve had that for over 10 years now,

  12. RingCentral for Windows has a bad habit of updating during business hours.

    Consider two items...
    1.) In Settings, the ability to enable / disable auto updates

    2.) As is currently done with Microsoft Windows 10 / Windows 11 updates, a setting for work hours (or office hours) such that the RingCentral app will not close and update during office the hours interval. Many thanks.

  17. This feature was present in previous versions but is missing in the current release. In my job, I juggle 9+ windows on 3 screens, and the call window often gets lost behind others during calls. Keeping it on top ensures easy access while multitasking.

  19. The customer would like not to put the current call on hold while there is a second incoming call via the mobile app. They would like to still hear the current call to inform them of the second incoming call before getting put on hold. This occurs on the mobile app via iOS.
