Dark mode in Teams causes incoming call rules page to be difficult to read on RC Teams Embedded App
Dark mode in Teams/Windows causes some fields on the incoming call rules page (and other call handling pages) to be difficult to read due to font color. These settings are disabled on the admin side, so I believe they are supposed to be greyed out, but given the dark background, that shade of grey is hard to read.

Monitor RingCentral Application Usage
Customer is requesting for a feature in order for them to see how their users are utilizing the RingCentral app real time. Like, if the app is currently being used on their iPhone, Android phone, PC or other devices.
The Admin wanted to be able to monitor how the users accepting calls for example if they receive a call from a specific number they want to have an option to see if their member answered it through their RC app on desktop, RC app on iPhone device or RC app on Android phone.

Being kicked from Teams calls when receiving a RingCentral call
We are being disconnected from Teams calls and meetings when a RingCentral call comes in. When speaking with the technician, we are told this is because we have the call control feature turned on on our headsets and would need to turn this off in order to not be dropped from existing calls. We were told that this is a 'feature' (not being dropped from existing calls) that is not currently available when call control is enabled. Per my conversation with the tech:

Show which User answered the call from the RingGroup in RC app call logs
Please add a feature from the Call logs on RC apps which User who answered the call from ring group so Users can see it from the Call logs inside the app instead of logging in from the Admin Portal. (Some users do not have access to login on the Admin portal and they are mainly using the RC App itself.

RingCentral App Layout with All Voicemail's Date and Time visible
Requesting New RingCentral App layout to have the ability view all voicemails in a list with date and time visible. With the update it only shows the date if it's not the same day.

pass the original did on call transfer
I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

MS Teams to RC Platform Handoff
When someone calls in and gets transferred to an extension with Cloud PBX direct routing and not answered, it should handoff the call to Ringcentral app | Ringcentral voicemail.
If a call comes in, and gets transferred to Microsoft Teams user and unanswered, if the Cloud PBX voicemail is turned off, it should hand off the voicemail to Ringcentral.

Phone tab on RingCentral app shows more information
I like to have a history of the calls with the display showing the date, the time, and how long the call lasted. I like having that so I could go through and make sure I had billed clients for all the calls. For some reason, the main display only shows for the current week the day ("Tue", for example) with the time and length of the call.
