I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue
Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

Hello with SmartNotes AI is there a way to disable the voice notification when its turned on? We already have call recording turned on so it goes through two different messages saying call being recorded, then call transcript started which confuses the inbound phone call with the customer

It seems SMS use of main company numbers ARE only accessible through the SINGLE dedicated operator. It would be very very helpful to have these numbers accessible for SMS capabilities across other users in the account. You are limiting a very important communications tool and feature to ONE user on the account when we have several users over several locations. either allow other users to have "OPERATOR" features or allow other users access to MAIN COMPANY numbers from the RC APP to sms directly. Give admins the ability to disable external messaging for specific users
It would be great for external messaging could be controlled at a user level. For instance we might want sales to have the ability to utilize this feature, but not engineers. Currently I don't see a way to restrict this at that level. It is ether on or off.
Also, the ability to see what users are sending and receiving externally.
