Click to dial on Iphone
There currently is no click to dial feature on iphone devices. this is a major problems for mobile technicians who are trying to dial a call while driving. it is extremely inefficient and dangerous to try and type out a phone number into the app while driving. This feature works on Ipad and Android devices but not on iphone which is a major problem. Please implement a fix so that when i click on a phone number in the phone it pops up with the option to dial from ringcentral

When extension 112 is dialed it needs to be routed back to the operator instead of it hanging up.
Customer ported in and had extension 112, when customers dial the 112 extension it says that it's invalid then hangs up on the caller. What customer wants to happen is when it's dialed it will say that it's an invalid number then be routed back to the operator instead of being hanged up on.

Ability to manager all the features on the RC App as Administrator.
Ability to manage all the features on the RC App as Administrator.The customer would like to limit the feature on the RingCentral app for all their users. They want to their users to see all the features and settings on the RC app and have the option to manually change it.

RingCentral mobile app option to open links with the device's native browser
This is useful if the app can be opened with the native browser as the RC app is not storing data from forms (auto-fill)

Fix Availability Status for Users with messaging disabled
Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

RingCentral Mobile App Separate Fax Notification Settings
Currently, we only have "Miss call VMs, faxes and text" notification settings in one option to turn on or turn off on RingCentral Mobile App. Customer only want to disable the Fax Notification.

Mobile Data option for Android Auto
When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.

Please allow us to enter recipient information in FAX templates.
Allow us to enter specific contact information in recipient section of your FAX templates. In order to send a proper fax, we have to upload our own fax cover sheet.

It would be useful if our customers will also be able to use their Ringcentral account to send faxes whichever part of the world.

Keep SMS history indefinitely
We service our customers on a simi annual basis and we lose the history of our SMS conversations with those customers every few months (it does not show up on the desktop app/mobile app). Currently, we have to start a "new" text conversation everytime we reach out to our customers because we do not know what was said during our previous converstion with them. It is VERY helpful to be able to see ALL of the communciation that we have had with that specific customer in the past! Please fix this.

Site Phone Number added to Company Directory
Need to have the ability to see a Site phone number in the company directory. There is already an option to have it added to Directory Assistance, but from what Support has told me Company Directory Phone numbers are only available at the User level.

Missed notification counter
I believe there is a need for a counter on the tray icon showing the number of missed notifications. This feature is currently in Teams messaging.

SMS should not be sent if recipient does not have SMS capability
When SMS is sent toll free numbers that does not have SMS capability, it should fail for the bundle not to be used

Feature Request: Sync MAC contacts to the Glip app for Office at hand
Behavior: Have an option from the Glip app to sync the MAC Contacts to as this feature is available from the spartan appConfiguration: Settings > Calendars & Contacts > Apple > Contacts

Access sent SMS of other extension
Wants to have access to see the sent messages of other extension instead of just my own extension. I should have a way for me to see the message that my colleague sent without me logging in to their account.

Searching contacts via department
Would it be possible to enable a method for users to find contacts via the department? Our users all have their department information in their profile, enabling search via department would allow users to reach the right department/person when they may not know an individual’s name.

Record calls with the actual screen of the user
There should be a feature that allows screen recording of the calls when calling from and receiving calls from RingCentral app
