  4. Currently, you can answer the call via the shortcut key by pressing ALT A but you must have the RC app to be in the screen to make the shortcut keys functional

  6. Customer would like to received group sms message from external number. Customer received text message from external number with no issue. However, if external number send it text message to multiple RC number is not being received.

  7. It used to be standard behavior in RC Phone and I think at least an option in older versions of the full RC app, to keep active calls in the main RingCentral window. I dislike the current behavior that pops out active calls into a new window, as it creates additional clutter on my desktop and taskbar, and would like the old behavior back as an interface option.

  8. The RC app is a critical component of using RingCentral, and since Google has now finally started to seriously develop and implement Wear OS (with buy-in from 3rd party hardware vendors), RingCentral should develop a RC app for the Wear OS ecosystem.

  11. Our MFA validation code gives us 60 seconds to type in and it is taking 120 seconds for the code to come in to our mailbox, so we aren't able to validate the code in time. Can we change the amount of time the code is good for to 5 minutes instead of 1?

  13. When someone calls any of the companies under our main RingCentral Accout, the App should show the name of the company they are calling, NOT the phone number. Or we should have the option as to which to show.

    EASY FIX! C'mon!

    Example.
    Caller Calls any of my businesses under the one RC account I have.

    To: XYC Business or

    To: Tom’s Motors

    NOT just the phone #.

  14. Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

In 'Message' area of Ring Central App: If I have a file folder created with multiple chat groups under it, and the file folder is collapsed (which the App often does - another feature I would like changed - once expanded, keep it expanded unless I manually close it).   19. You should be able to set the do not disturb setting to expire after a certain period of time, rather than having to remember to go in and turn it off. Sometimes we set it just for a meeting and then realize the next day it is still set to do not disturb.
