Be able to add your own extension to HUD
I would like to add my own extension to HUD so I can easily see my status. Sometimes I forget to go off DND when coming back from lunch.

Add Call Queues to HUD
We have a small company and we use a call queue to field all calls coming in on our main number. If someone is on vacation and someone else is at lunch, we have only 1 person available on the phone. If they are on their line, there is no way to know if a call is coming in on the call queue. If we could list is on HUD, we could maybe see when another call is coming in.

Disregard the iPhone Auto-Lock while listening to voicemail playback
When listening to voicemails in the RingCentral iPhone app, the screen can time-out and auto-lock unless the phone is interacted with before the screen locks. We would like the iPhone's Auto-Lock to be ignored only when the playback of voicemails is occurring, allowing for the full message to be played uninterrupted and without intervention from the user. This is the normal behavior of the iPhone's built in voicemail playback.

Ability to Schedule Text Messages
For offices that use Ring Central for scheduling customers/confirming appointments, it would be great to be able to write out a text and have it scheduled to send on x day at x time. For example, if I wanted to tell Susan that her vet appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then I want it to send a prewritten text on Monday so that she can respond to confirm the appointment. Have a settings on the Ringcentral desktop app where in there's a way for us to turn off the Automatic update, not everyone wants to have the latest version

Enable Hot-Desk on all Phones
Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

Enable Call Monitoring on a Three-way Call
Current call monitoring only works on a normal phone call, it would benefit the customers who can monitor all calls within the company even if it is a three-way call.

Extended hold time limit for RingCentral Mobile App for iOs and Android users
The customer would like to improve the hold time limit using the RingCentral Mobile App.Unlike on the RingCentral Desktop App, no time limit on how long they want to place the call on hold without auto disconnecting the call.The customer tested the hold time limit for their iPhone and Android phone and after 5 minutes of holding time the call is automatically disconnects.

Add optional pin to access RingCentral app on mobile device.
Adding a pin to the app would make it so we can be compliant with federal rules around Contacting patients And protecting PHI. If the device was lost or stolen the Information on the app would have an extra layer of security e to prevent unauthorized access to patient contact information.

Presence Indicator
needs to have the presence indicator integrated into the contat view of the RingCentral app
if someone is already using the RC app it should no longer needed to be added on the HUD view just to see if they are on call or not
