  1. The ability to set user status is removed when the message tab is hidden from users. Some customers use a different application for internal messaging such as MS Teams but still want to be able to set user status in RC app. Please make it so that the ability to set user status even when the message tab is hidden via custom roles.

  2. Our company was set up with 3-digit speed dials for some of our affiliate locations. The current Ring Central app does not allow us to "look up" or view these speed dials. As such, the user has to know the 3-digit code for the specific location in order to use it. These speed dials should be able to be searched like when searching for another user, where one can type either the name or Ring Central brigs up available/possible options as the user starts typing number digits.   4. I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up. Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

  11. with previous ring central layout users were able to view time stamp for each received/missed call .with new layout they can only see the date/day .To view timestamp they have to click on the call it self and then it displays the details . Is this something that can be reversed to the way it was ?screenshots attached .

  12. Ability to share a specific voicemail to other user's mailbox. Posting this idea in behalf of my customer. It would be nice if I'll be able to forward a specific voicemail to another user including the caller information like a phone number as it's easier to get back to that caller if the number is showing after I forward it.

  13. Have the possibility to pin a lateral panel in which the calls 'on hold' would be always visible

    Would be practical for users that often get 2,3,4 calls at a time (executive assistants, receptionnits). For now, they need to click on the 'calls on hold' icon to see the list of calls on hold. And the order of these calls seem to change from time to time.

  18. Ring groups can currently ring our deskphones and we can add external cell phones for staff away from the desk. Since we are becoming mobile we are transitioning away from desk phones. We would like the desktop and mobile app to take calls. We need the mobile app and desktop since we need to use the site number for caller ID to place calls.My example we have a ring group 3065 created in our account the first group is the desk phones that always ring.   20. Contacts that I added on the Ring Central application is not appearing on the desk phone (VVX 450)It will be helpful I will not need to add it directly to the desk phone one by one and just add the contacts on the app and will sync it to the desk phone.
