  2. My company using Ring Central messaging all day long, which is great, however it would be really nice if folx could flag a message they're posting in chat to be urgent/important. Ideally, that would make the icon in the tray flash/have a different, bigger notification, or something like that. I know this is a semi-customizable feature in Teams (I think you can set it to send an email or just do the tray notification/flash). This would go a long way for our users adopting the tool who are coming over from MTeams.

Hello, I have a business here in the US , that represents 13 different companies in different matters, When outbound calling we can set up 13 different numbers to call out from , However in order to remember which company is attatched to which number there is currently no way to label the outbound number, On the call out number toggle, it lists all numbers as "Direct Number" Making it very confusing for staff to call out from the correct number as all IVR menu numbers are called , "Direct Number"This is a request to add either the IVR menu…

Whenever the users are sending an SMS internally using the app and searching for the name of their co-users the extension number of their co-users is also showing so if the sender clicks the extension number it will route them to a different conversation. What we want is to make sure that for SMS if the users search for their co-user name then only the primary number will show. All SMS communications should be using the "Primary number" by default across all apps if it's possible.

Please approve this feature Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on macOS devices, This feature is only available or implemented on mobile devices, we want to have the Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on macOS so that we do not need to go back and forth of the RingCentral app to enable the Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on for macOS devices.

  7. When a contact name comes up on the screen when there's an incoming call, it scrolls across and sometimes it takes a while for the full name of the contact to". It should be better if we have a settings where the whole content of the contact name will appear on the screen instead of displays in a larger font and slowly scrolls from left to right.

  8. When two people are on hold and I need to get a third perrson, I get an error message saying you have reached your limit for simultaneous calls. Meaning i cannot have two calls on hold and call another.EXAMPLE:A call comes into Assistant A for Agent A & B. Assistant puts the call on hold and grabs Agent A and when she tries to grab Agent B, she receives an error message below:Can you not have more than 2 calls on Mobile? Works perfectly fine on DESKTOP APP.

  13. Requesting for the RingCentral Desktop App. to have a capability where you can pick up a call even if there is no microphone connected which is available on the old RingCentral phone app. This is very useful for calls like 2FA that need to enter a number key only and not require a microphone
