MFA Validation
Our MFA validation code gives us 60 seconds to type in and it is taking 120 seconds for the code to come in to our mailbox, so we aren't able to validate the code in time. Can we change the amount of time the code is good for to 5 minutes instead of 1?

Enable Hot-Desk on all Phones
Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

Allow use of SMS feature with number that has Fax Only Feature
Currently, numbers that is set to Fax Only are unable to use the SMS featureAs per PM & Service Engineering Team this seems to be a limitation within the system

The ability to turn the ringer volume down on the ring central mobile app after the new design update.
In the previous version of the app (according to ring central) you were able to turn the ringer volume down separate from the volume of your phones ringer. In the updated version of the app, its not an option. The ringer for ring central is obnoxiously loud and it disturbs my coworkers and blasts my ear off if I get a call while already on the phone.

Show Company Name, Not Phone Number For Incoming Calls
When someone calls any of the companies under our main RingCentral Accout, the App should show the name of the company they are calling, NOT the phone number. Or we should have the option as to which to show.
EASY FIX! C'mon!

Caller Calls any of my businesses under the one RC account I have.To: XYC Business or

Identify a saved contact using the company name
Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

New message indicator on collapsed file folder
In 'Message' area of Ring Central App: If I have a file folder created with multiple chat groups under it, and the file folder is collapsed (which the App often does - another feature I would like changed - once expanded, keep it expanded unless I manually close it).
