Ability to select multiple teams and move them in to folders
On the MVP application, having a team edit option that unlocks a checkbox for the teams and/or direct messages so that they can easily be selected and moved in to folders. Use cases: New team is added and you want to select all of the direct members at once and move them to a folder for easier organization. A new issue has come up and several new teams have been created, this would allow you to move all relevant chats to one folder. New manager needs to add all of their direct reports in to a folder.

Idle behavior shows users offline even though they are available and logged into RC.
I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available

Customer said, "We migrated Microsoft tenants from commercial to GCC-H and now we can no longer connect RingCentral App to Office 365 for calendar and contacts integration."This new Microsoft feature might still not be supported in the RingCentral App.Some Dev Team members said, "looks like MS side issue.""Looks like this is part of the RingCentral Gov compliance requirement, wondering if this is part of the product roadmap already? Increase the number of accounts you can sign in/switch to in RC App
If you have more than 3 accounts that you need to check from time to time, it will be easier to switch between them without having to sign out from one of them to sign on to another one.

Toggle Button on the App to Turn on and Off Devices
It would be helpful to have a capability on the app on which the device the call would ring to - between the app or the physical phone assigned to the extension. This is a lot easier instead of going to the admin portal.

Group Texts with Tmobile
We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

Uninstall all RC Apps
We found in RC's site a PowerShell script to uninstall all RC apps from our devices, however, we are experiencing some difficulties pushing the script with GPO and Intune. We would like some help from a RC engineer and provide us a better understanding of what we might be doing wrong and/or if such script is compatible or not with Intune and GPO.

Ability to hide company contacts while using the mobile app
Why would contacts be being saved on an iPhone titled "via RingCentral"? All of these contacts appeared and were not created by the iPhone's owner. Every one of them is the owner's assigned RingCentral number. It would be best if we had the option hide company contacts when using the mobile app

Add option to set a time limit to automatically rejoin call queue after # minutes.
We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Forwarding Voicemail to another user
Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

Fax transmission notification to include copy of fax.

Over-riding a custom rule
We would like to have a feature to over-ride a custom rule. There are custom rules that doesnt work because the system thinks there is a conflict between those 2 rules. Just like in my situation, when our did is dialed, we wanted the phone calls to be forwarded to our main number. It limits us from dialing the DID of the other extension. It goes to a loop.
