Option to disconnect one party in a conference call
We should have the option to disconnect the last call dialed or either number dialed in a conference call if we initiated the call our ourselves with both numbers.

Better options for access to queue mailboxes when HIPAA restrictions are enabled
When HIPAA is enabled, the functionality of receiving VM, Fax and text as attachments to the notification email is disabled. It would be great if there was a method to deal with this loss of functionality. A couple of suggestions:-Send email notifications fully encrypted so not a violation of HIPAAor- Allow TLS partner connections for encrypted email tunnels

Copy and paste number
I noticed that the app has a copy-and-paste feature for phone numbers. Could you add this feature to all menus that display numbers, including the outgoing call menu? Also, please keep us informed of any app updates.

Microsoft Teams connection to truly follow the calendar
To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.

Jupiter App HUD Interface Same As The Phone App
Make the HUD interface of the RingCentral App the same way as the RingCentral Phone app that the caller displays directly underneath the Extension Users.

If we can add a feature where in once calls are coming in to a call queue, it will show on the members device/phone if it is a RingCentral number or not.

Guest contact Management
Right now guest contacts applies to entire account, it would be great to have option to just add it to one extension. Like a toggle that can be turned on for some ext. Some user wants to put a different name or customize the contact and making it apply to all is limiting them to do that.

The HUD option should be added to RingCentral application installed in iphone to monitor calls

Search Contacts by Nickname, Custom ID or Practically Any Field
Currently in RingCentral phone app, contacts are searchable only by First Name, Last Name or Phone number. Contacts should be searchable by any populated field. We would appreciate if contacts were searchable by at least Nickname or a custom ID (example employee number or customer number), I'm sure this will be very helpful for other customers too. RC - Please implement it asap.Others - Please vote and comment. If you have raised a similar idea, please provide reference to that so that RC can merge all ideas and imeplement them.

Managing two extension while logged in to 1 ext
Customer would like to be able to manage and receive notifications on other extension even they are logged in to a different ext.

Use 10DLC as primary when starting new text in Mobile app
When users start a new SMS message within the Mobile app, the 5 digit extension shows as the primary number and not the 10 digit. This causes missed text on the Windows app. By using the 10 digit as the primary it will have a better texting experience across platforms.

Ability to archive old text strings
Often times our teams change and we have to create a new group text, it would be helpful to be able to archive the old text strings so they do not get confused with the current ones on our recent lists.

Feature Request : Call Using F6 Hotkey - For BT Accounts Details : Need to have the feature Call Using F6 Hotkey available on the BT Cloud Work Desktop application. Significance of the feature : Customer claims he had it used it for a day and loved it. It made everything convenient for all the users to dial out. Mac app status bar indicator when on call
When on a call in Mac app, it would be useful to have an icon in the status bar at the top showing in call. So if other party hangs up, I would want to know that the call has ended. This is useful when multi-tasking and the RingCentral app is not showing in foreground. I don't want to have to open the app to make sure they hung up.

Cookies preference is always popping up and asking to accept. Blocking of Cookies should be an available option.

Variation of Notification Color on RC App Icon
The red dot for unread messages and unvisited missed call logs is plain; It should have variety wherein it should show green for messages, red for missed calls, and other types.
