Information status when I dial a number from numeric keypad
Why don't we have the status of the person (online, available or disconnected) when I dial a number from the numeric keypad as specified: "enter a name or a number"If I type a name, I retrieve its status (green, red or white)If I dial his direct number, the system find his name in the directory but not his status : online or availableIt's still very very annoying !

Want to see which users is using RC app to receive calls and sending sms
Customer is looking for reports to identify who's users is keen of using RC app or external device to answer call or SMS during business hours. it will help us to make sure that our company policy is being followed.

Auto Save Faxes to a directory on the PC the RC App lives on.
We currently spend $1500/mo on one fax line. It would save us money. We currently auto save our faxes to a directory and then the faxes are assigned to a user in our document application. So, if the app saves locally we can distribute to the person that needs to view it.

Allow Add Number to Block Via Mobile App
A call or text comes in and you know it’s spam. The mobile app doesn’t have a quick way to add the number to the Block Number list. In fact, adding this “new” idea was a painful process via mobile as well. It’s as if you don’t want the idea or feature.

Multiple extension will receive the message once they send a text message on the main company number
It will help the customer to track the message that is coming from the main company number on every extension

Bulk selection on the Inbox section
The new inbox section in the RingCentral app should have a checkbox option so you can select multiple voicemails/texts/faxes to apply bulk actions, such as marking as unread, downloading or deleting them, on the support site appears that the feature is available but looks like it was for older versions. This feature is important because often the users have to work with a lot of different inboxes and going one by one can be really time-consuming.

Call Park Notification Control in the RingCentral Desktop App
We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together. Text Notification to use a different ringer source rather than the default voice
We have customer's requesting to separate the ringer source for Text notifications giving them the capability to continue using the headset and when stepping away from desk will still hear the PC speaker ringing using a customize ringtone.This applies to all RC app platform as the by default it always use the audio output selected to use the headset.Example:Audio output for voice -using HeadsetText Notification audio output -set to speaker.Result: Loud ringtone for Txt messaging while keeping the headset use the audio outpuExpectation: Both audio output should work independently.This feature had been requested for years now by Desktop Masters

Feature additions for Quick Contacts under the new RingCentral desktop/web app layout
We would like to have the ability to customize on how quick contacts are viewed/presented. On the "New layout", Quick Contacts can now show more than 10 contacts at once, unlike on the "Old layout" that can only show 10 at once, but the problem on the "New layout" is that you would need to scroll down in order to view the other Quick Contacts. We are hoping that we can still use the old Quick Contacts layout and show more than 10 contacts at once, so that our Users would have more flexibility in utilizing the Quick Contacts feature.

Notification when logged out of mobile app
I noticed that the mobile app doesn't stay logged in if you don't use it for maybe 2 or 3 weeks at a time. For people that do not receive calls very often, I think it would be beneficial to be notified when the RingCentral app is no longer logged in on their mobile device. Otherwise, one runs the risk of missing a call.

Notes Section in Contacts should appear when making outbound calls
It would be helpful to add a note section in each contact, a label section for a custom name, and the company and first name would show together when calling.
