  1. The desktop app does not have a easy way to delete all the records. Or often referred to as a delete all command. Another great feature it's lacking the ability to leave notes on numbers a lot less difficult than it already is. This would be really crafty if it had a little icon right beside the fax button. And making the app more into a CMR itself as other ones are so expensive. More innovation into this app and it would be considered perfect. If it would display the carrier on every call that would be cool or provider…

When my Windows Ring Central phone app rings the "Alt A" shortcut will not work Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in.Also, With the Jabra Link 380 I have the same issue,When my Windows Ring Central phone app rings and I bring down my mic to answer the call, I can't Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in.

  3. We would like to be able to set desktop notifications to display until acknowledged, so that we do not miss any notifications for incoming messages, missed calls, or voicemails. At this point in time, the Windows notification settings dictate how long the message window is displayed, with a max time of 5 minutes, which still can easily get missed.

  4. Via both the mobile app and the desktop app, the calendar should be able to sync to multiple platforms (Apple, Microsoft, Google). I use Microsoft Outlook for work, gmail for personal emails, and have an iPhone - the ring central apps should be able to connect to all of these to check calendars for availability.

  5. I suggest adding an edit button (pencil icon) beside the contact name to edit the information easily. I have to open the contact name to get the edit button. This will save time, especially if I need to edit multiple contacts.

When the iphone is on the lockscreen and an incoming RC call comes in, the call is incorrectly routed through the iOS native phone app and thus is answered in the native phone app. Proper behavior should be for the call to be routed to the RC app and thus answered within the RC app.The proper behavior does occur when the phone is unlocked, so this issue is limited to only when the iPhone is locked when the call comes in.

  7. customer joins a meeting through a meeting link which launch the rc desktop app but does not join the meeting. customer is able to join a meeting through the web app without issues which is the current workaround

I am wondering if RingCentral would allow a feature with an option to view more contact information such as Name, Title, Company, and Notes when viewing in Contact.More specifically, under Quick View or Personal. I work with insurances direct contact and handle patient calls. It would be helpful to know who I am speaking with.OR if we can have the option to create another Contact Category and assign them to our added personal contact that would suffice. Having the ability to - for example - set colors for the different individual tab/screens on the destop app would provide a distinct visual alert to prevent accidentally sending messages to the wrong person/thread. (ie: accidently sending an external text when you meant to send a team message). If, for example, we could set the messages screen to blue and the text screen to red.

  11. MESSAGING / TEXT / SMS - When searching for a team member in the Contact list you can either send a message to their Extension or their assigned numbers. It is possible to hide every number EXCEPT the extension.Would like an option to hide the extension so that the contact list is just a list of personal numbers. Sending some messages to the extension, and some to the contact number makes multiple, confusing places for messages to live. Messages that are sent to extensions instead of direct numbers are not tracked in the billing exports for compliance reasons.

  13. It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

  14. Please allow pasting image directly into chat without having to create new notes. Just like Microsoft Teams. Creating new notes is obscuring the clarity of the images.

We use status' to indicate our availability - this is especially beneficial to verify if an employee is working in the office, from home, remote, at a customer, etc etc.However, all outside organizations that I have communicated with can also see this information. It would be beneficial to have a status for individuals outside our organization.

Currently we can download an export of data for a user(s), but this is no more than an archive dump where JSON files are received and an employee with a modicum of IT knowledge must intervene to make the data readable. I would like a method to allow managerial staff to view the data without requiring IT knowledge. This can come into play if an employee is fired for untoward conduct either toward another employee or a client. This data should never leave the manager's office to be "decrypted".

In the RC App on Windows (and the webpage, which is the same thing anyhow), why under 'All voicemail' do some voicemails have:1) The delete 'garbage can' icon is the second icon?2) The delete icon is the THIRD icon?3) The delete icon is literally behind the 'three dots'4) the 'Mark as Read' icon is ALWAYS behind 'three dots'.Nearly every voicemail is desireable to process either as a DELETE or MARK AS READ since it's already transcribed, and we're clearing things out.   20. within RCCC when an agent makes an outbound call through the MAX directory the number shows within the supervisor application not the name the agent has chosen to dial. Cruise would like supervisors to see that name of the organisation the agents are calling from the directory
