Make all wireless headphones compatible with RC apps
It would be nice if the RC mobile and desktop apps were compatible with ALL wireless/bluetooth headphones vs. the short list of headsets currently compatible. I have run into issues with 3 different pairs of bluetooth earbuds only working temporarily, and then inevitably run into issues. I do not want to wear a headset, and would prefer to answer calls using the RC desktop app using wireless headphones connected to by laptop via bluetooth.

REINSTATE THE NUMPAD ENTER KEY WHEN DIALING
Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

Incoming Caller ID Name Full Display
Customer is looking for an option for the RingCentral App to display the full name of a incoming call. As per customer it does show when they Hover their mouse cursor to the name of the caller which will have a mini window that will appear on your pointer showing the full name. Customer would like to have the information display automatically

Incoming Call Announcement - Press 1 - Disable for Queues
When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

Ability to add a contact from call history in RingCentral for Google
In RingCentral for Google (Chrome Extension), we would like have a button to add a contact in Google contacts or RC Contacts from the call history, like on RC Jupiter app.

It will be easy if there is a setting for the audio output that we can select so that the voicemail will play.

Own Tab Settings for caller ID
There should be own tab for settings of caller ID on the RC desktop app instead of going to Phone settings to change the caller ID.

Users will have a restriction that they can only send faxes from the app but cannot change anything from there

Option automatically set agents to an inactive/busy code while on a MS-teams call or similiar

Turn off the banner messages about SMS Registration when registration is complete
We have finished with the SMS registration for about two weeks. Last step was to assign the numbers to the campaign. We are still getting a message banner when we launch Ring Central and it is confusing some of the users into thinking they need to do something to complete the registration process. Could we please have the message turned off or have an option to turn it off in the admin portal?

Allow editing a text when forwarding
We use the old RC Phone app still largely because this feature does not exist yet in the newer desktop app. Currently, texts can be forwarded to a new number but cannot be edited before sending.

Capability to add the incoming caller's phone number to the contact while on an active phone call.
This is beneficial for the user because they don't need to wait to add the number in the contact after the call ended or add it manually in the contacts tab in the RC App.

Organize Modules From Left to Right, Not just Top to Bottom, Split View Screens
I am very frustrated trying to split the phone dial pad, call history list and the voicemail.. it shows the dialpad, the call history, and the voicemail list next to each other under the phone screen, with options to remove some, separate some, but not side by side. why would I want so many categories together on one visibiliy access point without the option to split or reconfigure? if I prefer the popout dial pad, why would i prefer 3 categories side by side to flip through, with a massive blank screen to the right of it? not that I…

Add car setting to RingCentral mobile
A feature to have a setting to silence calls or send calls to voicemail when driving/connected to CarPlay would be helpful and minimize distractions while driving.
