  1. The limited extension/common area phones have direct numbers and can receive incoming calls through that. This should also be used to route IVR MENU keypress.

  3. Agents from the PH will have the host (PC) and the patients from the US will have the controller (iPad)

  4. On the MS Teams integration, when you open it, the default buttons you see are:
    Phone, Contacts, SMS, Fax & More.

    -We would like to have the ability to customize these buttons where we could either remove SMS & Fax for certain users or put SMS & Fax on the 3-dots option or more so it's not included on the default view.

  7. Feature request on having a tone/sound notification once there is a call waiting while on call. This has been disables, yet as for us, we do not want it to be completely removed.

  8. When having a second call comes through while I am on my desk phone with a client, the second incoming call does not make any alert sounds/beeps/rings. It only notifies on the desk phone that there is an incoming call. It would be nice to have the desk phone beep or ring while I am on the other line to notify that a second caller is calling.

  10. When you are on an active RingCentral phone call or in a meeting, we would like to prevent your computer from engaging your screensaver when there is no keyboard or mouse activity. This is the behavior we experience with other similar applications (Webex, Teams, Zoom).

  12. We are using a Poly Trio C60 conference phone. This phone has a limit of 5 callers (phone plus 4 guests). Is there a different conference phone or is there a setting in our system that will allow us to have more than 4 guests on a conference call. We understand we could set up a Ring Central meeting, but we would prefer using the conference phone.

  13. It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

  14. When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.

  16. I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

When someone is calling the customer's direct number, the caller's screen shows that the timer started running when it was only ringingCustomer's verbatim: When someone calls my number, as soon as the call is connected it is perceived by the callers end as answered/picked up, even though it is still playing the ring tone.   18. when a number is in the process of porting, we are not able to forward to that number because the system sees it as a RingCentral number but it is not because it hasn't ported. We sometimes need to forward to a line which hasn't ported yet and can't. Please correct this. Thanks
