  1. Emergency Location keeps popping up whenever starting the RC applications on the computer/desktop. We'd like to check if it's possible to incorporate the emergency location settings (like options to keep the address as is and won't be asking to confirm whenever opening the apps). This will lessen the hassle from the customers' part.

  2. When you work simultaneously with multiple chats you often read conversations somewhere in the middle. Like searching for quotes in one chat and posting them into another. Each time when you return back to one of such chats you are in the end of conversation and have to scroll up to get to the place you have left. So the proposal is to keep chat positions as for instance Telegram messenger does.
    This is for Desktop app, not sure how does mobile version work

  3. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

  5. RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

  6. I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available. Modern cell phones an even smart watches have this option. Even the Bluetooth option on my car has an option to auto respond to texts. I believe this would be a valuable tool for agencies.   11. When an organization uses their main number as the fax caller ID or fax number as the sender, it would be beneficial if we could change the name from the default main super admin user. We had a ticket come in from a customer that was confused as to why a user who no longer works there is showing as the "From" user on faxes.

  12. Bulk Notification for Voicemail (Voicemail to Text).
    - We are using RingCentral's service only to receive Voicemail Messages from our Client. We would like to have an option to receive Voicemail Notification by bulk not per call. It would help us to get all the details that we need instead of clicking/checking emails per voicemail per call.

From the User's Ring Settings, we have an option to add an external phone number to forward the call and we have an option to edit the number to change to a different one instead of deleting it and adding a new number. Now it is not available and we only have the option to delete it. It would be helpful to add the option to edit the external number on a call forwarding of a user.
