Allow for default Standard User when logged out of Hot Desk Phone
In RingCentral, setting up a limited extension for Hot Desking is simple—just check a box. This allows the phone to default to the assigned extension, enabling it to make and receive calls, but also lets users log in with their own extension and PIN. Once they log out, the phone reverts to the limited extension. However, this functionality isn’t available for standard user extensions. To use Hot Desking with a standard extension, the device must first be converted into a Hot Desk phone, which prevents calls from being made unless someone is logged in.

Assign custom company common fax cover sheet
In healthcare, we do a lot of faxing and our fax cover sheets include our company logo as well as HIPAA instructions as to what should be done in event of a HIPAA breach where a fax is sent erroneously to the wrong party. We would like to be able to upload a custom company coversheet and assign it via user template to all users, remove access to all other coversheets.

Option to add ringing interval/delay between the call forwarding
The customer would like to have the option to delay the ringing per device/number/other extension under each individual call forwarding.
For example, the desk phone will ring first for 30 seconds, and within 30 seconds, the app will also ring with the same duration but with a slight delay in between. (the app will ring 10 seconds after the desk phone starts ringing)

Add transfer button within the dialpad during an "Ask first" transfer
Add the green transfer button within the dialpad during a warm transfer. Currently, if we are doing a warm transfer by clicking "Ask first" and must open the dialpad to select a phone tree option, once we have a colleague on the line, it is not clear that we are in the dial pad. The transfer button is not visible. We must realize that we are in the dial pad, close the dial pad, and then we can see the gree transfer button. It would be helpful to have the green transfer button appear within the dial pad for clarity…

I would like to have pre-recorded messages played on the paging system. For example, fire drills, tornado warnings, etc. Can this be achieved through Ring Central where the receptionist can play a recording through the paging system to alert everyone?

name direct numbers
I’m experiencing an issue with the names I’ve assigned to our direct numbers in the central user section. I name each number based on its location so that we can easily identify where calls are coming from and going to. However, I’ve noticed that these names are not visible in the app.
This functionality would be extremely helpful for us, as it would improve our call management and allow us to immediately know the origin of calls. Currently, it seems this feature is unavailable, but it would be of great value to have it implemented.

Easy way to remove Sync contacts on Mobile phone
We are using Ringcentral app for years now and Ringcentral contacts are sync with my Phone directory (Android phone) through google I have contacted Ringcentral technical support and I was walked through how to un- sync my Phone directory with Ringcentral however after the un-sync I need to remove 500 RC contacts on my phone manually, It would be helpful after the un-sync the data from RC will be removed from my phone directory or a way to do this in bulk from the RC app

Queue member desk phone in DND
When a member within a queue (when the member has a deskphone) puts the phone in DND - it throws the queue off and all calls to the main number of the queue ring to a recording and then disconnects. This has happened twice within our organization. This SHOULD NOT happen. Any member with a deskphone should be allowed to put the device in DND without it affecting the ENTIRE queue status.
