  1. This is beneficial for the user because they don't need to wait to add the number in the contact after the call ended or add it manually in the contacts tab in the RC App.

  3. On RingCentral, we use the chat to add tasks for everyone. I would love to be able to sync those tasks that are created in RC to then add a task in HubSpot so that it appears on my checklist for the day.

I am very frustrated trying to split the phone dial pad, call history list and the voicemail.. it shows the dialpad, the call history, and the voicemail list next to each other under the phone screen, with options to remove some, separate some, but not side by side. why would I want so many categories together on one visibiliy access point without the option to split or reconfigure? if I prefer the popout dial pad, why would i prefer 3 categories side by side to flip through, with a massive blank screen to the right of it? not that I…

  6. I mistakenly deleted a site for our multi site It would be better if there is a way to recover the deleted site if there will be a site that has been deleted by mistake for your customers to recover rather than setting it up from scratch

  7. In Favorite messages, I can drag the names around and sort them up or down. Please give me the same functionality in Direct Messages and Teams. Also, give me an option to just choose to sort alphabetically or both. I would sort alphabetically then I can drag a few favorites to the top if I want like my boss or people I communicate with the most. Don't restrict me from organizing.

  8. We are looking for a way to upgrade the RingCentral softphone application on user machines without user intervention. We had a previous ticket opened but was told that there was no way to do this at that time. We are trying to see if this is now feasible.

  12. Our tenant is SSO only and a terminated user has their Call Log Email Delivery on and we are unable to log in as the user to turn it off due to SSO only. Disabling the user does not stop the email from being deliver neither. We cannot delete the user right away since we need to forward their calls to a main queue for 30 days.   13. Configuring the HUD to put buttons on desk phones is non-functional, because you can't include numbers of people outside the RingCentral system, like cell numbers of field personnel. That requires programming the buttons on your desk phone manually.Once you program a single button manually, changes to the HUD will no longer populate buttons on your desk phone, which is the only way to find the BLF code for someone, that you need to add manually.   14. It would be useful if HOLD was enabled automatically when you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app. Right now, hitting the transfer button only brings up the directory, but the caller can still hear background noises while the user is trying to find the person to transfer the call to.

  15. It would be very nice if admins could see users created speed dials on their hardphones. Currently, only admin created speed dials are visible in the admin portal. As such, if a user has a custom speed dial they made, and an admin is not aware of it, they could override a users speed dial unknowingly or unintentionally. Allowing admins to see user created speed dials would eliminate this potential issue.

  16. Currently, our office is set up so that when receiving or making a call, users can use either their desk phone or the RingCentral desktop app if their computer has a microphone. Most of our users prefer to use the desk phone, or need to due to not having a microphone with their computer, but find the desktop app's UI to be easier to understand and use than the desk phone's interface.
