Additional option to send SMS to callers instead of leaving a Voicemail.
For admin or users to be able to set an option for callers to send an automated SMS when calls are unanswered instead of being routed to Voicemail only.

Ability to assign caller id names to call queue numbers
With a company consisting of different divisions, we need customers of those different divisions to recognize that specific division is calling them. Right now only the main company phone number can have a caller ID name, and the multi-site setup removes the ability for one person to access the separate division phone numbers to call out on.A solution would be to allow for individual caller ID names for the call queue numbers as well as the company main.

Increase the number of attempts a fax has to succeed.
We would like to see the ability to increase the number of attempts that a fax makes before failing. Instead of failing after 3 attempts, we would like to be able to increase that to a higher number. The majority of the clients that use fax are in the medical field, and we find that the recipients of the fax messages have their fax number active for most of the day.

Able to see what RC Application that user are using (Mobile or PC app).
If RC is going to retire or sunset a application the customer need to be able to tell if any of the user are using the retire application.

Extend the time to input an extension
The system does not allow enough time for a blind person to complete inputting an extension. Could you please increase the wait time between digits? Thank you.

Blocking calls after hours for cell but not physical phone/desktop app
The afterhours option is great. I want to use the phone app, but don't want work calls afterhours. The problem is this is a global setting. So if I am working late at the office, I can't get calls unless I remember to turn off the afterhours. It would be great to have the after hours seperated between mobile app (so I don't get calls outside the office) and physical phone/desktop (so I can get calls if I am working late)

Changed Order of Desktop/Mobile App under Call Forwarding
I want to change the order for Mobile and Desktop instead of putting it in Order 1 in default, if we can put it in Order 2 or 3.

Simplify RC Desktop and RC Mobile login process
A number of our users have complained about the 4 screens they have to go through just to login on both the RC Desktop and RC mobile apps. First picking Sign In, then a screen with how to sign in, then your e-mail/phone number, then finally your password on the 4th screen. If there's some way to combine some of these things to get it down to 2 or even 1 screen that would be great.

BOLD and add color options to team names, folder names, direct messages, favorites, etc...
I'm a member of 12 million teams (kidding but not), have 12 employees and 100+ coworkers who are all RingCentral addicts. It is enormously difficult to keep track of all of this and still get some REAL work done. Bold and color options would help me (and my coworkers) keep track of everything we have going. If you use this idea, can I please have a tshirt? XL! Thank you for your consideration!

Conversation-Specific Notifications on Mobile App
Right now (at least on iOS), all chat notifications from RingCentral are grouped under a single notification group, regardless of which contacts are involved.For iOS's native text message app, each conversation is a separate group of notifications. This is much better, since someone glancing at their notifications doesn't need to sift through all the messages to find the one conversation they cared about.

Customize Voicemail Notifications
For RingCentral Office accounts with HIPAA enabled, the voicemail notifications that come through email contain caller ID name and the phone number.For additional security and privacy, there should be an option to strip the caller ID information and/or the caller's number from the email notification for voicemails.This control should be managed by the admin and be applied either account-wide or at the user level.

Allow multiple call queue call handling methods at once
The ustomer would like the ability to have more than one call handling option available for a given schedule block (business hours, after hours, etc.) For exmaple, if a call comes in after hours - they can only send the call to the call queue's voicemail or a specific extension. They would like to offer callers more than just that, they want to be able to configure multiple options. Uniformity of Extensions Across Locations
We want to be able to have extension uniformity across our multisite locations. We have may different dealerships and want the positions at each dealership to be able to have uniform extension numbers and then have site codes for internal calling between locations. Please contact me with questions

Create Condensed Task View with filter options
When viewing tasks created on teams that are set up, you need to scroll up/down to see even just a few tasks. It would be SUPER beneficial to have a 'condensed' view so that you can see numerous tasks in rows in one view. There is so much wasted space off to the right where additional information can be included. Also, adding filter radio buttons to view (only complete tasks, incomplete tasks, all tasks, etc.) Sort tasks by due date, etc.

Add a radio button on app icon
Sometimes when I step away from my desk, I miss the tone notification that I received a new message. I won't know I missed it unless I open the app. How about a radio button on the icon on my dock to alert me. Like the red radio buttons on my text messages on my iphone.

While your phone is connected to the car you can receive and answer phone calls. However, there is no function for making calls. Can this be added?

Allow the incoming call blocking feature to message only extensions
Build in the block a callers number in a message only extension like it is in a full user account for those message only numbers built as fax numbers.

Provide admins with the ability to disable self registration for a specific domain at ringcentral/signup.
This would help to prevent anyone from trying to use a customer's domain to register an account and they wouldn't receive any notifications.

Shared Voicemail Notification
We are a small office of 3 people. We do not have a dedicated receptionist. When someone leaves a message, an email is sent to everyone in the group, but only on my RCPhone app does it show the glaring red number that there is a message. It would be nice the red number would display on everyone's RCPhone app, until the message is listened to.

Add a title, note, or name field to Number Transfers
This wouldnt require any crazy coding, but the addition of a field in the Transfer Orders page would be very helpful to keep track, especially for larger companies, where several transfers can be requested, so that internal admins can keep track of transfer processes at a glance rather than having to click in to the order number and then compare number lists back and forth to make sure everything is going as it should. The Order Number is unique and doesnt tie into anything in particular and so it is helpful for when an issue comes up or keeping historical…
