  1. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365.   3. Currently, when signing in to the RC for Hubspot extension. They can choose up to 4 accounts they can select.

    This is limiting the users from adding any more accounts to use with the integration and is forced to remove a "Hub" even if they would need to have all those accounts connected at the same time.

    This is likely a Hubspot limitation, but a workaround/bypass mechanism would be greatly appreciated for users who have to use multiple accounts in Hubspot for calling/SMS.

  5. When the caller dialed the main number and the User needs to callback, the main number will show as the User's Caller ID. When the caller dialed the direct number of the user, the caller ID will be the direct number when the user calls back.

  6. Cisco Phones Hot Key for " Accept Queue Calls ".
    Want to have a key/button that can be programmed into the cisco keypad to turn on or off to receive calls from the Queue.

    Don't want to keep on logging into the portal everyday to turn on " accept queue calls " and turn off for other users.
    Setting the phone to DND isn't applicable as the phones/users still need to receive either internal calls or direct extension calls

  9. The RingCentral presence does sync to MS Teams, but the MS Teams presence does not sync to RingCentral. I have been in MS Teams Meetings before which auto set my MS Teams presence to busy and forgot to turn off Accept Queue Calls. During my meeting, I will receive an incoming call from RingCentral. Only if I specifically turn off Accept Queue Calls will I not receive a call

    Hoping that eventhugh I did not disable or off accept call queue calls my status will still read as not available since I am on meeting on MS Teams.

  12. telephonySessionId is the value that the API RingOut return to the client after a success outbound call is originated. And this is also the unique key across multiple Webhook events related to a single call. This is the only info that the client application know about the call, so accessing the Call Record Detail using this telephonySessionId is a must have feature because filtering this value using the API List User Call Records will slower that getting the record detail directly using API Get User Call Record.

    I hope you can make the API Get User Call Record accept telephonySessionId…

  15. We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.

Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records.     I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one?
