Please add templates to the RC app within Salesforce. This feature is enabled in the mobile app and desktop app. This is a missing piece. Additionally it would be nice to be able to have an sms module in Ring central to track all sms for a contact in Salesforce.

Warm Transfer call for Yealink T4*U and T5*W
Feature Request : Warm Transfer call for Yealink T48U
Details : By Default issue warm transfer is not set on the phones directly and they would have to configure them manually on the phones web GUI to allow attended transfer to be applied and had to apply it on each phone on the cx account that is a Yealink T46U, T48U and T57W
Current behavior : blind transfer is set for the yealink transfer key

Installing Unified CRM using Firefox
Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser. If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?

User Provisioning configuration in Azure
UserName and Email Address in Azure, I believe it doesn’t like that theses values are different. Is there a way around this? At this time we need these values to be different for system reasons.

Configure or modify the Analytics Reports dashboard in RingCentral for Salesforce
The Analytics Reports in RingCentral for Salesforce is a stand-alone page built by RingCentral.
Currently, we don't have the ability to configure or modify the dashboards and results.
It would be great if we have an option to edit it to include or remove results from the reports dashboard.

RC EA for MS Teams - Firewall for MSI Deployment
The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.
Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.

Noise cancellation feature on the RingCentral for Google extension
The noise cancellation feature available on the RingCentral app should be made available via Google Chrome extension or other browser-based integrations without having to set the 'RingCentral app' as the calling mode.

RingCentral Scheduler
Can the RingCentral Scheduler be made visible outside of just meetings in Microsoft Outlook? I would like the button for RingCentral Scheduler on the main ribbon, so I can one click to schedule a meeting with RingCentral. I have tried work arounds with macros to make this happen, but I get a message that states, "RingCentral Scheduler is context-sensitive and works within meetings only."

Lever by Employ Integration
Lever is primarily a HR/Recruiting tool that helps us configure, manage, and schedule our new hire candidate interviews. Zoom and MSTeams currently allow Lever to integrate with their respective accounts. The integration allows you to connect your external Zoom/MSTeams meeting links directly within Lever's platform. Current state with RingCentral is that our end users would have to create the candidate interviews in RingCentral first, and then copy/paste their meeting links into each new hire interview session within Lever. Functional, but not ideal during our heavy onboarding periods with "bulk" meeting creation.

RC for Zapier - Contact Sync for 3rd Party Applications
I am building a zap with the Zapier integration and I am noticing that the name field coming over in the zap is not populated. I do have my Google Contacts synced with the RC app but apparently this is not being passed to Zapier. Is there some way to make this work so I can bring in the name of a contact for use in a zap integration? I would use the G-suite integration for Directory Integration but since I only have a gmail account and not a full G-suite account that doesn't appear to work (or at least…

Call Queue, wait setting feature, that every call unanswered call from longest idle will be transfered to specific ext.
customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension

I am on RingEx premium with Bullhorn integration. I need to know if there is call transcription (other than video meetings) that can be documented in bullhorn notes.

RC for Salesforce - SMS Logs
If a conversation is SMS messages spanning multiple days, the app will only log the messages on the last date.We want to be able to log all these messages.

Salesforce integration - Log all calls regardless of RingCentral for the Salesforce browser is closed
If you are out of the office, not logged in (aka after business hours), and Salesforce is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Salesforce CRM.
